Abandoned course
I really resent paying £79 for a two ball on a course the has been abandoned. I’ve played this course for many years and never have I seen it in such poor condition. I would very much like a refund.
Horrible
Course condition horrible even in summer, greens were bumpy , fairways has many stone, green feel like fairways , very bumpy,
Pace of play also horrible, only difference 7 minutes between tee time, if one group ahead is slow , everyone is stuck behind
I don’t recommend ever, my last time playing
A surprising little gem that would be a cracking course with some money care & attention. Really good value for money, but there is a bit of walking between holes. Excellently signposted except for the last hole! This hole also needs a net to keep driving range balls away from this hole. Kill the dandelions!!
Great value for money
I’ve played here many times. It’s great value for money on weekday afternoons, with an excellent course layout and not too busy during the week.
Great course

Great 1st game this year

Very nice course
Good course value for money only trouble was buggies
GPS around course kept playing up to sensitive
Course was playable when other wasn’t
I’ve played many course versions the past month and since playing Stockley. It was in a far better playing condition than any other. This course has improved vastly over the past 12 and would recommend anyone to play.
Great course layout and winter drainage
Played Stockley 3 times this winter between Jan-Feb - despite the monumental rain the course has always been playable with decent fairways and rough, no deep plugs or excessive ball cleaning. They were even pumping puddles out into the lake sections on a few rounds which was impressive! For £20-25 its such great value for a championship designed course. The greens are lacking a little love but you can't complain for the price, pace of play usually good.
Good course and played well
The course was a bit wet but that’s wot you expect in the winter , and the winter tee box’s was a little rough but apart from that the course played well and defo go back next time I am down there again
