Leeds Castle

The entrance to the course and shop looked liked the plants were dieing and needed some attention, considering the surrounding area Leeds Castle. The area around the por-shop again all the plants in the post appeared to be dieing. First impressions count, and this area needs to have some tlc spent on it.

The course is set in the beautiful grounds of Leeds Castle. The first Tee, you have to wait to hear the bell being clanged before you can tee off. I am not sure if they were participating in No Mow May, but the fairways, the rough could have done with mowing. The course it a bit up and down, but once you are on the 5th tee and you see the stunning Leeds Castle,then you forget about all the little things that have niggle you.

We played 18 h9les, you did feel that you had a good workout, but I would play this course again.

Course is very rough, greens are unbelievably slow, and patchy they need cutting.

Tee boxes and fair ways very rough.

No sign of course Maintenance.

Was like playing on a long pitch and putt.

Won’t be rushing back

Would highly recommend this course.yes the scenery is great but the condition of course was better!! No idea why some negative reviews.ive played some courses lately that think sand can replace turf!!just because you don't see greensman tending to course all day long means they don't need to!!Will definitely be returning.

A hidden gem that I don't want to advertise!! Lol.be too busy otherwise .fantastic course for a 9 .not sure why previous have moaned about poor greens and rude staff and no maintenance.course was in one of the best conditions I've seen in months and staff freindly.if you want to pay 100 pound a round and see people blowing leaves off the course to maintain its looks,and get a snobby reception play at woburn!!will definetly return and play.its just a game to be enjoyed ffs.highly recommend this course.the greens etc were perfect.

Leeds Castle Golf Club is a friendly, beautiful and well kept place for weekend golfers like myself. I like to escape away from London, make a stop for golfing in Leeds Castle and then finish my day by the seashore at Whitstable. Highly recommend it for Londoner.

The setting is nice being in the grounds of Leeds Castle but the course wasn’t the best.

The Greens were in need of a little more attention unfortunately. The course in general was ok.

Speed of play was a bit slow.

Couldn’t play due to storm, paid online - couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel / refund so waste of my money

What a great place to play. The positives are the greens are very testing (raised greens with enough undulation to test even a seasoned golfer. Slight negative is that it is a short course. I will definitely play there again.
