Nice surprise
Only found the course via golf now but it was really rather good. Not long but a lovely layout and real value for money.
Good value
played many times before more of straight up and down type of course but great value for 18 holes
Nice course hidden away in a nice piece of countryside
Decent enough place to play golf. Turned up a couple of minutes late for tee time and the club were fine about it (though I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through the stress of teeing off late) although the man teeing off behind us (and taking their dog for a walk at the same time) kicked off which was pretty unnecessary despite the fact that they hadn't got around for the 45 minutes after we finished and stopped for a drink.
Fairways and greens were pretty well kept (when I managed to hit them!). Some of the par 4s and 5s were a bit samey just being in a straight line. Would be a good course to trust your driver which could save you 10 shots on the round.
Good value for money
Good little course. Holes were interesting with plenty of variety. Course is in reasonable condition after the dry weather. Nice and flat but unfortunately very windy on the day.
Would definitely play again especially at £20 for a 13.50 tee time,
Great value course
We always enjoy our round at Lindfield the welcome is always friendly, the course in good condition and usually fairly quiet.
Good fun
I had a wet day for it so some of the greens were a bit damp. Really enjoyed the course though, great fun.
a picturesque & challenging course
Like most courses at this time of year soft going under foot. But had an enjoyable game.
Surprisingly demanding course
A little bit 'uppy downy' but some interesting variations as well. Greens played well today perhaps left a little long to help keep them in good condition. Lost a couple of balls on a fairway, must have plugged?

Had a 12.10 tee off shame we were behind the last group in 4 ball scramble comp played the front nine twice just an unlucky day played here before and never had a problem

Had a really good day course is in good condition found the greens very slow took a few holes to get the pace
