Sad to leave this review because I love the golf course.

1 1/4hr to complete 3 holes. Ended up cutting in and out of the few gaps just to play a few hols. Played 12 in the end very disappointing. No Marshals on course to keep things moving. Unlikely to book again without checking how busy things are.

The set up of the course is very weird, you have to be careful of balls flying from other tees as it is very tight which is good but the walks from some tees to others are long, also some greens next to each other it’s difficult to tell which one you’re playing!

The play itself was extremely slow, lots of foursomes who must have been pros because they didn’t care about the people behind and were taking forever. Would probably like to go when it’s quieter. Some very good holes, drivable par fours and some blind holes, nice putting surfaces and a few very challenging.

Always a good place to play regardless of the weather

Fantastic golf course,the greens was exceptional and the weather conditions was t the best.

I have played this course a few times before but this time I found the course in better condition than on any other occasion. We thought due to it being October & with all the rain we have had recently that it would be wet and muddy but the fairways were anything but & the greens were in immaculate condition and playing very fast. Great day and will definitely be back again in the near future.

This was first time in 3 years we had managed to get back to this course. To be honest I love the course anyway but the greens were brilliant and fairways a joy. This is really looked after by the ground staff and they deserve a mention to say thankyou. Hopefully won’t be long before we’re back again which I look forward to.

Pro was very unhelpful ..2 of us were told we were playing with 2others ..although we arrived an hour early we were meant to wait even though no one else arrived to play .. we eventually tee’s off alone and went round in 3 hrs but the course was extremely dry and burnt .. no one’s fault unfortunately very hot weather

What a challenging course and beautiful view to the sea, well England east coast.

It was indeed a challenging course for first timers, my son , partner and myself… but we certainly enjoyed it. My son for a long time had managed to handle 18holes , that says it all.

Different layout by the sea and close to town made you sweat not to loose your balls. So I played safe on some occasions. Would definitely recommend it.

Friendly ppl at the club house, great food .

Played north shore on 1/6/22 and what a hidden gem - course in Great condition with friendly pro shop welcome and I would highly recommend and play again when visiting the area. Great value for money through golf now playing in the afternoon.

Third time playing North Shore and every time it has improved.

Only a couple of gripes,

Firstly the greens were a little bumpy and patchy in places, but considering the traffic it’s understandable.

Main gripe was that two four balls jumped in front of us at the tenth. We definitely hadn’t caught them up, and unfortunately the front four were painfully slow. No interest in calling anyone through. Such a shame as it spoiled such a good day.
