Great layout
First time played this course. Great layout. Fast and slopey greens. Fantastic views. Good workout for the calves!
A hidden gem
Fabulous course - every hole presents a different prospect around this hilly and secluded course.
Everyone was extremely friendly and the welcome was as warm as you would see anywhere in the U.K.
The 17th is a little bit of an oddity and lets the overall course down - but otherwise I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
I will definitely be returning
golf day 18-holes pinner hill golf course
I liked to course a lot due to the holes not any the same
shape.
The sand traps could have more good sand that would
make chipping out fare.
Greens were the best of seen this years and got amounts of pars due to this
I will be played again in the next few months.
The clubhouse + staff were excellent
Classic park land course
Great course good test of your ability to play all types of shots. Outstanding views of London. Course in excellent condition except for rock hard bunkers with builders sand.
I have played here many times. Always worth a visit.
Good test
Very nice course some very test holes lots of trees
The bunkers could do with more sand in them
Apart from that it's great value
Super fast
I played after a few hours of rain. The course was very good and the greens were still fast. But the ball ran true.
Pace was good and course wasn't over crowded. I'd recommend
Nice Course
Played 18 holes in this challenging course. Nice layout with good views of London on the 8th tee I think. Enjoyed the round except for the 4some in front of me who did not have the courtesy to let me pass. I had to queue on all 18 tee and had to wait on every shot to the green. 5 hours for a round of golf??
Another great visit
Would highly recommend this course. Played on Thursday afternoon and the course was in great condition. There is drainage work on a few fairways but doesn't interfere with play. Greens are fast but you can land a ball softly. Some long holes which you need a good drive to score well. Quirky 17th hole par 3 blind shot downhill. Just play it to the yardage and your fine. Spectacular views across london. All in all a great course at a good price.
Hidden Jewel
Not very sure how to review Pinner Hill, very interesting mix between Parkland layout with Welsh/midlands hilly open course. Definitely there is no other course similar in the north London area, playing very long with extreme difficulties to find a flat lie, but also very open and forgiving to the wayward shot without many bunkers or traps to worry about.
Many blind shots and did I say not a flat lie, you would be wise to get a trolley!!! Worth mention the Par3 11th, mid-range diagonal green shape view perfect view from tee all surrounded by danger. Also Par5 13th dogleg with at least 2 blind shots, one that would need to play again. However the silly hole price goes to the Par3 17th, downhill blind shot nowhere to aim or even a clue if your shot was any good, just don't get it.
Do not miss opportunity to play, I will definitely go back for more hoping to improve my 89.
This course is not for beginners
Greens in good condition.
Tough course if beginner.
Friendly staff in pro shop!
Superb round!
Great course layout, some good holes par 5 downhill 10th personal favourite. Extremely hilly, definitely play here again
Pinner Hill Thursdays
One of the best views around, as a non handicapped player the course was pristine and lost balls were easily located as to not hold up play. Brush up on driving or 3 wood is a must else take a few extra irons shots to the approach - I managed it in 91, putting let me down but very enjoyable greens. Staff were extremely helpful. A great course - just don't tell everyone about it!
Check out the club's website has a nice breakdown of each hole
