Great course, have played a few times here.

The tee times were so close that we ended up backed up the whole match, makes it stressful and awkward for newer players.

Also the price on golf now is not the same as the website, these surely need to align !

Be aware that GolfNow do not always show the number of holes available. There are usually a minimum of 10 holes in play at this course, often 14 during the winter and obviously 18 normally. The course is hilly and considered a good challenge. There are quite a variety of holes with bunkers but no water. The views from on top of the hill are beautiful and the ground staff have worked hard last year and over this winter so hopefully we can expect a course in excellent condition as we come into the spring. Competitively priced, it can sometimes take a little long to get round but this is a very good test at sensible money. 😊

Very good for how the weather is playing out and course conditions are good compared to some courses in the area, trolly was not the beat and had no straps attached hut the golf was nice for tge 14 holes we played!

The course was limited to 10 holes, this was only apparent once we arrived, the best holes were closed and the layout of some of the winter make shift tee boxes was hard to navigate.

Not worth the price!

Always in surprisingly good condition, challenging front 9 due to the slopes, and for what you pay, a really good value course. If you csn jump on with a member and get the cheaper rates, you won't find a better value round

Disappointed number of holes were closed however this is not advertised prior to booking.

Wide fairways, great views. Perfect for beginners. Been playing 6 months. This is a great course. No water! Front nine very hilly, back nine flatter. Will be back.

Booked course online easy,nice tee off time of 13:30, good weather light wind that helped as course on top of portsdown hill, course in good condition, especially the greens, tee off areas not so good,but OK considering the dry weather we have experienced, four and a bit hours for the round not too bad, used clubhouse bar after finishing our round and found staff very pleasant,

A challenging course with a lot of slopes up, down and across the fairways. Greens maintained to an excellent standard, great views and friendly staff.

Was looking forward to playing this course as I hadn't been here since 2018. Walking to the first tee I was shocked that the course looked tatty, especially with the fine weather we have had. Tee boxes not cut, greens very rough ( were fast though) bunkers not even raked. Very disappointed.

Very enjoyable challenging course, not so difficult that an average golfer can't enjoy its challenge. Can fully recommend and I'll be going again soon.

Paid £16 for 14 holes, cracking views, good course layout can’t go wrong

Staff, green staff and bar staff very friendly. Always have a smile. Course has been worked in and is very good value for the money

This place is horrific the greens and tees are a disgrace and is nothing short of a complete waste of money, £25 and honestly you can barely find a putt line without divots or bald patches on the greens, I have seen council run course in better nick than this place, if anyone scores this above a 1* I would be amazed.
