Cams Hall
My first time playing Cams Hall and will certainly look to play another round sometime soon. All the greens were in good shape and the overall condition of the course was excellent. Pace of play was somewhat slow at times. I had no time to have a drink etc but the bar look good.
Lovely Course and well maintained
The golf course is beautifully maintained and a pleasure to play on. However, I was surprised to be asked to speed up by a marshal at the ninth hole after just 1.5 hours of play. This was the first time I've ever been told to speed up, especially since we were already playing at a reasonable pace.
Superb course, excellent condition and stunning views
Absolutely stunning course both as a layout and many holes running along rivers and mini lakes. Fairly reasonable length, the course is very well maintained with lovely fairways and true greens. The clubhouse offers beautiful view of the course after finishing your round with it open till late in the evening all year round.
Staff offering a fair and friendly welcome there, highly recommend giving this course a round if you’re in this location.
Beautiful course!
I hit my lowest round ever of 91 and felt great playing the course. Fairly flat, really well maintained and plenty of greens that screen to attack. About my only criticism is lack of signage to next tee boxes. Good food, albeit a little tight in quantity.
Just a bit bland
Just a bit bland and boring. Most holes seem to be short doglegs with short irons to the green. Greens were as slow as I've ever played. They had been treated lately and were sandy but you can still get out and cut the grass down. Bunkers were in a poor state. Overall very overpriced for what it is.
Nice front & Tricky Back
Course was in impressive order, well maintained.
Few things I that make me enjoy courses I havent played before where all there, such as colour coded flags for pin position, distance markers to green and bunkers with sand in them. This course ticked all the boxes.
The course maybe deemed a little short for big hitters but with alot of dog leg holes it would be risk over award. Most my tee shots where a 5 iron around 225yrds.
Off the course topic.
The staff where friendly and beverages at a reasonable price.
Overal i give the course 4.5 stars.
Will definitely play again.
Cams Hall
We played a 3ball today and found the coarse in good condition. The fairways grass was a little bit long but not too long. The greens were very good condition but had a few marks where the holes have recently been moved.
The staff were polite and helpful and the bar area was comfortable and reasonably priced.
There was ample parking and very easy to get to (approx 3 minutes from M27 Jct.11.)
Something for everyone!
Great course; something for all levels of golfer to enjoy and be challenged
CHEGC
18-holes, Par 71 Creek Course measures 6,201 yards and is surrounded by water on three sides, resulting in many golfers remarking that you can never play the course the same way twice. After the round, take in the view from our clubhouse which overlooks our golf course from both sides.
Why not come and join us for a round.
Please leave your review after your round.
