Had a really good time, there were some area's of the course that were waterlogged which made it difficult, there were some great feature holes and as along as you can drive the ball straight and missed the trees you would end up with a low score. we did get held up from the 10th onwards due to slow play from some beginners, that said we enjoyed the round.

Unimpressed

We asked to play off the white tees but were declined this made the coarse very short off the yellows

The fairways were unkept

When we. Contacted the pro shop the day before they failed to tell us that the greens were recovering

Making putting a lottery

It's a hotel with a golf course

Not worth the green fee

Very disappointed

Great value

Having played here before I am always impressed at the standards of service and friendliness. Despite some recent heavy rain the course was in superb condition & the greens were running true. Highly recommended for golfers of all standards.

A very enjoyable day at the course

From the moment we booked to the relaxing in the 19th we were well looked after and had a fabulous time. Plenty of parking and good signage. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in the pro shop on the course, leisure area and Zest cafe/bar. Changing facilities very good. The course was in good condition and provided a challenge for intermediate golfers. There were some bad bounces but considering the lack of rain this year the course was looking and played pretty well. Greens were similarly good. Food and drink choice and quality must be commended. We would definitely recommend this course to golfers and will make the 150 mile round trip to lay again

First round of the year

Tee off at 1:16 nice location helpful staff plenty of facilities at the location including nets, putting and chipping practice.

Course was nicely laid out the fairways and the rough areas in reasonably good condition. Unfortunately the green had been heavily spiked and my putting more resembled the triple jump|

We were under no pressure around the course albeit a couple did jump in around the 16th.

Look forward to playing again when the greens have had time to dry out.

Good Value but slow.

Considering it was late January the course was in fair condition. No problem booking in and no problems with trolley's.

The Clubhouse was social and the staff friendly.

The only downside was the pace of play 4 1/2 hours for a sub 6000 yard course is not good.

Overall good value for money just a little slow.
