A Rose in the Garden of England
Decided it was time to sample something new and I wasn't disappointed. Booked the tee time for £17.00 and arrived with an open mind. I left open mouthed and would recommend this course to anyone. Friendly welcome, challenging holes and a good layout. Fairways and greens in very good condition and well maintained. Get yourself down there and sample this course before winter weather sets in.
A challenging well presented course with greens in great condition.
But yet again stuck behind a society with long waits between shots. Often 3 groups waiting on a tee box and one on the fairway and no sign of a Marshall! !
In the end walked in and went home and I wasn't the only one!
Superbly layed out
Don't get out as much as I would like to so when I get the chance to have a round I want to make sure it's a decent enough course, so I was over the moon with the weald! long par 4s challenging shots over water loved it! Will definitely be returning
Too Busy
Our Tee Time was directly behind a society of Twelve and in front of them was a society of approx. 34, this made it an extremely long round of golf waiting on every Tee and it was not possible to be let through even though we was only a 2 ball. When we booked the Tee Time nothing was mentioned about the society's in front of us, this ruined what should have been an enjoyable round of golf.
Good course
First round at Weald of Kent, challenging layout with a few beautiful holes. Most holes had a ditch cutting the fairway in half meaning you had to think about distance your hitting off the tee rather than blindly driving down the fairway. This made club selection an added challenge with quite a few long irons into tight greens.
Great course as always
Great course shame we were stuck behind 4 x 4balls of Chinese business men that couldn't hit further than 150yds without going off course. Always enjoy a par 5 to start. Really nice set up. 9th and 18th playing down to club house have great water hazards.
Chocca with golfers
Had a 2 ball booking on a Sunday afternoon at 12.30 but the course was full, with many 4 balls. By 4.40 it was virtually dark so we gave up and went home
Greens were great
Front hardest ditches across fairway increases difficulty
Friendly course
First time at the course, gent in the pro shop really made us feel welcome, explained layout and showed us where the 1st tee was etc.
Course was in good condition, some really interesting holes.
Didn't use the 19th facilities due to other engagements, but again, they were offered by the pro shop.
Will be back.
Good afternoons golf.
super quality
First class day out could not have been better excellent value

Played Saturday afternoon. Very slow due to a society ahead being very slow. That said even though the hold up was three games everyone was philosophical about it and we all remained friendly. We walked off the eighth and started again on the second. A great move we played round again and then picked up the ninth and finished. Course was good ,greens very good. Even though it was tortuous, I would return. At fourteen pounds for a Saturday it's great value.
Everyone we had dealings with were very friendly. No hassle
