About
Cold Spring Country Club is situated halfway between Springfield and Worcester. Opened in 2010 in an effort to bring world class golf to western Massachusetts, the club has since garnered a local following. The par-71 layout is unique in that it has six par 3s and five par 5s. There are also some par 4s in the 450-yard range. The 6,521-yard length indicated on the scorecard can be deceiving since it feels much longer when you're playing it. The golf course has plenty of variety, including dogleg lefts, doglegs rights, short holes, and long holes. Thanks to its mountaintop locale, Cold Spring C.C. offers stunning views that are as diverse as the holes. The vistas from the elevated tees and greens stretch to the Berkshires, Connecticut, and Vermont. From the golf course's highest tee box on the par-3 10th, you'll have a panoramic view of central Massachusetts.

We did not use any of the amenities. The course wa in very good condition with the exception of the greens. The greens were scuffed up and had many ball marks.
Worst Service in the Game
UPDATE: I’ve commented before about how this course sold my tee time to someone else and stuck me playing by myself being the group with the tee time AFTER mine. The course since reached out online through Golf Advisor and asked me to call them to try to resolve the issue. I called and the Pro was giving a lesson. The person I spoke with in the shop when I cashed the 2nd time only took a message after I pointed out that asking me to call numerous times hoping he would be there wasn’t great service. He never returned my call. I also emailed the course through their site and also got ZERO RESPONSE.
Hidden great course
This course is a little out of the way, but worth the drive. It is in great shape, lots of hills, not easy to walk. Challenges are plenty, it will test your shot ability.
Will play again, lots of fun.
Arrived to first tee and already was backed up with 2 groups and it continued, stopped playing at thirteenth hole.

The course is in great shape for all the rain and Wilbraham was closed for 2 days....

The course was in good shape and could not ask for better weather. Pro shop staffed with friendly people. Even gave us a discount since we were "seniors"

Virgin round
It was a rainy wet day but the course over all was in good shape. This is a hilly up and down course. Added some fun to club selection. The one issue is there are lots of rocks in the bunkers so we all decided to take drops so as not to damage our clubs. The bunkers need to be strained of these rocks. Otherwise nice course. Greens were in good shape. Tee boxes in good shape. Fairways in good shape.
The restaurant was unfortunately closed not sure what’s up with that.
Overall I’d say it’s worth the price. Fix the bunkers and it will be much better.
Will come here again.
Tee to green
This is not a long yardage course but, has a lot of elevated tees and shots into the greens. There are 5 sets of tee boxes so, every level can play. The greens are fast and roll very well. You will be challenged.
Great course!
The golf course is awesome, and I love playing here. Major props to the maintenance staff as well as superintendent. They do a fantastic job!
Just suggest they go backwards once the morning golfers catch them, so they aren’t on every hole from 7-18. Again, great work guys, just go backwards after the front 9. It is way more efficient and customer/member friendly.
Great to play In summer time
My friend and I played here lots of time and those time either it was raining, wets or sometime foggy. Those times were not golf season yet. Today we decided to play in summertime and it was worth it. Course was in excellent condition and the green was rolling. I advise those who ever come up this way to check out this course. It's a hiidden gem. The price was also great with cart! Too bad there was no cart girl because itvwas scorching!
Golfer Beware
A friendly reminder that this is the course that actually sold my tee time out from under me. Spoke to two people claiming to beer in charge and neither attempted to do a thing to rectify the situation. I was made to lay behind the foursome booked after my original tee time.
Course with a Dumpster Smell
Cold Spring Orchards is a fabulous Golf Course with a Great Layout and spectacular views. I would Highly recommend the Golf Course itself.
The amenities such as the Restaurant Bat - 19th was closed because of Licensing issues and Labor Staffing.
Also - The Horrible smell of Trash from their overflowing Dumpster trash was the turn-off.
A beautiful view of Quaboag Valery from the 19th Hole by the Restaurant with the Dumpster smell was over-powering.
I have a picture of the over flowing dumpster . It was unbelievable.
Great Course. Just need to get 19th Hole fixed.
cold springs country club
Played Cold Springs Country Club today. The greens were being aerated but were in great shape. Fairways were great, Greens people were fantastic and friendly. Staff were great too. Very enjoyable playing there........ I have to take a cart some holes are far between and there are a couple hills... Beautiful course and views.
Nice Track.
Friendly staff, excellent conditions. Pace was slow and we had a prior commitment so we only got to play the front 9.

The grounds were in very good condition. Fairways are free lined with dense brush. Greens were fast.
