Nice 9-holer in Carnoustie country

I popped in here on a whim on arrival day looking to stretch my legs and the place was a pleasant surprise. It's only a few minutes up into the hills from the Carnoustie coast and Dundee. The course attributes may disqualifying to links-seeking American visitors since it's a parkland, it's new, and it's only nine holes. But it's a very pleasant place with some fun shots. More people seemed to be fishing the ponds outside the 19th hole than playing golf. I could see myself staying here with family and bringing my daughter to the putting course.
