Excellent Day of Golf

Championsgate Country Club features wide fairways over rolling terrain and large and fast, undulating greens. The numerous tee boxes allow all golfers to enjoy the challenging and. Interesting layout. I will definitely play the course again at my earliest opportunity.

Bargain in Champions Gate

This course has a nice layout and is very playable, even for mid to higher handicap players. Fairways were in good shape, bunkers had nice sand and there were some water challenges. The greens were large but a little slow, making putting quite challenging. The course is around 6 years old and will be really nice in a few years when it matures more. It’s got lots of open space around it and offers a nice scenic tour on a sunny day. It’s good value for money and I’d definitely play it again.

Fantastic Day Slow Towards End of Round

ChampionsGate country club is always a pleasure to play. Course conditions were magnificent! Prior to hole 14 the pace of play was amazing for a Saturday but then out of now where the foursome in front of us split into two groups which slowed pace down drastically. Took over an hour and a half to finish holes 15-18. Other than that it was a fantastic day!

Champions Country Club wins!

This is the 4th time playing in 6 years and it was a true test with warm and windy conditions. The only defence to the course are large traps and undulated pristine greens. The course was in perfect shape and played in 4 1/2 hours. The course has definitely changed it’s looked from not having any houses on the front 9, 6 six years ago. You won’t be disappointed if your looking for a links style course, large driving areas on most holes with lots of perfectly placed bunkers. Enjoy!

You won't be disappointed!

Course conditions were really good, even with rough mostly dormant. Greens in great condition. Firm and running at a good speed (10.5 - 11). Lots of distance between certain holes but signage is good. Will play again when in area.

Great course layout and quality

Great course layout. Fair but challenging at the same time. Sand could be softer or raked more but overall the greens were in good shape and fairways and tees well manicured. Took 5 hours and 20 min to play 18 holes though. Pace of play is a problem everywhere. Education of players is the only real answer. Otherwise a great experience.
