Wonderful course in very good condition. You do not want to walk the course as they have large distances and construction going on between greens and Next tee box.

Even despite some aeration evident on the greens they rolled pretty well.

Perfectly kept and unique layout
The course is immaculately groomed and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Most holes allow you to wail away on your drives but the approches can eat you alive. A few holes appear "forced" to fit into the community on the front nine which enhances difficulty and the need for accuracy but the back nine community is still under development and holes are wider open. Overall. a course worth trying out especially if you can get a good deal.

Over all opinion
This is the course I play the most in South De. I don’t agree with playing full price for a cart by myself during covid. $10 would be more reasonable. Great drainage and excellent greens.

There was constructions throughout the whole back 9. They should not open or should notice.

1st time playing
I rated the course conditions as excellent, given the time of year I doubt you could find better conditions tee to green. A couple of the back nine greens are uniquely sloped one in particular the punch bowl 12th is different to say the least. Back nine routes through active home construction but not an issue for play.
