A long walk spoiled.
Bunker hill is a very difficult walk as the distance between holes and the elevation changes make it quite challenging. The green were excellent and very fast the only negative was players who don't repair their ball marks. The tees were quite hard and difficult to get a tee peg into. The rough was long and you would lose balls just off the fairway, Fescue areas are everywhere and on the 5th hole it is out of control, You have a 210 yard shot to an elevated green over a patch of fescue 100 yards wide that stops just short of the green. The fescue blocks your site lines and you really have no idea if you made it over or not. I would not recommend this course and I will not be returning. p.s. It is only a 12 hole course and all par threes ranging from 90 yards to 230 yards. Pro was friendly but they only have a trailer for a proshop.
Awesome greens
The course is in great shape and the greens in particular were spectacular.
Interesting Course
Never played here but reviews were good and while not a fan of par 3 courses the fact there are 12 holes and some lengthier holes made it of interest.
They have done a good job placing holes within the available landscape. However I imagine this would be a hard course to walk due to elevation change and distance to tees.
Most holes are challenging as hitting the green is optimal goal and not many allow for run up to the green
Greens are in very good condition fast both above and below the hole with a lot of subtle undulation but run true. A request from o other players to PLEASE fix your ball marks
The 5th hole I had issue with. It requires a high flighted 200 yard shot which I don’t have in my game and the trees and brush between tee and green are visually distracting snd block any view of the target area. The green falls off on left and only suitable miss would be bunker to right of green which is not visible from the tee area it would be more enjoyable and still a challenging hole if some of the sight lines were improved
Apart from this all other holes provided a good challenge, this will s not a pitch and putt par 3 type of course
The views from many holes and from 12th tee box are fantastic
Overall good outing and we will play again!
Really 11 holes and pretty below average layout
The course is extreme elevations and if you walk be aware of the geographic challenges. Hole 5 can only be described as a stupid design. Even the club manager said the designer of the course didn't think it through clearly. Basically you can scratch this hole and its only an 11 hole course.
Just snacks and canned drinks, no resto.
Toilets are not nice, rather gross frankly. Club house is in a trailer. Winds were gale force and apparently like that all the time.
Greens are uber fast and hard.
All cart paths are gravel and can be a bit treacherous given the inclines.
A course I would not reccomend at all.

Great fun today
Great course for practicing the irons, tough on the higher handicappers though , aim and distance are at a premium here. A cart is needed as it has many elevations and some distance between holes as well.
Totally enjoyed it, will be back again for sure, got to beat my 42 for 12 holes!
Nothing to write home about
12 hole course with a ton of hills. Not a whole lot of variety between each hole.
Excellent Little 12Hole course.
It’s an interesting course, would say you have to be an average player to enjoy it. It’s mostly par3 but holes are technical for a new player, so be prepared to loose a few balls. It’s very rewarding to play on the course at your pace, this is not a busy course. It’s worth it, price is a little high but I thoroughly enjoyed it was able to finish it 1 1/2 hours which was great for practice.
Nicely laid out.
A real gem in the Pickering area..
A panoramic view of the holes was awesome.
For a senior it can b e challenging.
Course layout was strange but greens were phenomenal
The day was perfect, with a little breeze. The 5th hole was extremely challenging, almost impossible in fact. There is an alternate tee location but it's only 60 yards from the green. Next time we may try teeing off from the reds (which is slightly closer to the hole location) but that would still be very challenging. The distance is far from either Tee location (200 + yards, par 3) but there is simply woods in between the tee location and the green. There is absolutely no fairway. It's Tee and then green. Also, it is an executive course with just 12 holes and all holes are par 3. With the cart, discount, and waived fees, the course became a little expensive for only 12 par 3's. If it were $20 cheaper, I would recommend it. Shame, because all of the greens are tailored and groomed beautifully. If you are an intermediate golfer, be prepared to lose 5 -10 balls if you want to continue driving the ball to the green on the 5th hole. There are lots of lost balls in those woods, Use you most used balls for sure. Too bad. That hole ruined everything and the cost did not help.
