Birch Hills Golf Course

It was a fun course with challenging greens on some holes, challenging fairways and tee offs as well. Water hazards early on so there are lots of strategy tactics to employ. Only con was the tee box for a couple of the later holes were removed from the blue range and only white was available. This made too many par 3s around 100 yards. When these two tees are repaired the total par 4 count adds nicely to the overall course. It was a fun executive that was not repetitive. There are a couple holes where the grass is wet to the point of being mushy and muddy. That made it difficult to hit the second or third shot as you stood in soggy soil and whipped up mud.

Fun clean course … Greens need work that’s for sure .. $14 per person for a Golf cart $28 to ride for 2 plus the $32 to play … absolutely absurd! For $20 more dollars you can play nicer full 18 hole courses including cart …. Also beware of the geese poop everywhere! Staff was friendly at least but def can find cheaper better courses around!

Several holes are ruined by wet mud that has been there for several months… #5 , #6, #13 basically all have a mud trap right in front of the green that kills your ball upon landing…

Please fix this! It’s a terrible flaw and ruins the experience of a perfectly straight shot

Safety fences need to be built to protect golfers from potential death on the 16th and 17th tee area… I’ve seen multiple people hit by golf balls from errant tee shots and it’s getting dangerous… bring a helmet!

sad that it has come to this .. used to be a great course for the money … now it’s just a money pit with just as many people in the bar area than the course .. more of a bar and grill now .. that part is maintained more than the course .. also it cost more to rent a cart than it does to play .. .. course is almost yellow on most holes besides the ones visible to the street (to reel you in ) .. weeds everywhere.. duck crap all over some greens .. just needs to be better all around .. take some pride and respect the game of golf ⛳️!

charged 28.00 for cart because it was prime time ? and the fees vary throughout the day,never heard of that before, won' t be back.

Usually love this course, but not on this day. There was a corporate tournament going on, and no one told us. When we got to hole 4, we came up on a group of 8 (!!!) on the tee box, with another group of four waiting behind them. Play came to a halt. Having groups of 8 on the same hole is inexplicable.. We tried to skip past them, but encountered much of the same. Fed up, we left after playing only eight holes total. Please plan these tournaments better in the future, thanks.

Beautiful layout … friendly staff and a great place to practice short irons. Beware of older or beginner players who might impede your progress. I was -4 today on the 14th hole and celebrated my long birdie like Tiger… and two older guys with lesser skills didn’t appreciate getting schooled so I left the group and finished with some friends behind to complete my personal best 4 under par.

Greens and tea boxes in bad shape. No one replaces divots

1. I know a lot of players play here. But, too many tee ground is too much naked skins! Need to give more maintenance (water, more glass, etc…)

2. Whoever in early morning, need to move pin position left right ,and tee positions to further back and left /right! Many times, tee ground stay the same through out all week along! And too many 50~60 yrs; it’s not fun! ( pls move! Tee ground is big most of hole; and person in charge is too lazy!)

3. And , why not repair your own divot bro!!! If each player can repair 1-3 divot! ;This course will be 5 stars public course! Pls. Help!!! Well… let’s keep enjoy and improve our golf game! :) staffs are smiling and nice here!Thanks for reading!

Greens are nice. Short but few challenging holes. Few par 4s makes it exciting. Good to walk but not when it’s hot. Pace of play was okay. Would recommend.
