St. Marlo Country Club

They stack groups up worse than an in town public course. It was so slow and overpriced.

I’ve played St. Marlo several time over the years and I’m always impressed by the course. It can be challenging but good shots are rewarded. Even though I t rained hard the day before I played, the course had drained well. The greens were a little slow and showed signs of being punched. Fairways were nice although the tee boxes were in need of repair. Pace of play was slow for an early Sunday morning tee time. However, a in all it’s a great place to play golf.

Great course! Will definitely go back to this beauty!

Paid $80 for Saturday afternoon round, and while the course was fun, it was nowhere near worth the money.

The putting green was small and crowded, and the range mats were very cheap quality. The starter was friendly and let us go out a bit early.

Course is fun but challenging. I enjoyed the layout and there are some good views with water and picturesque mansions.

But the tee boxes were hard and sandy, some with little grass on them. The fairways were nice and short but littered with weeds, and some patches of bare dirt. The greens were fuzzy and relatively slow, with some bare dirt patches on some holes. I’d say it’s in 3/5 shape.

First time that we have played this course and we will definitely play it again in the near future. Great Scenic views an awesome Greens .

A little pricey, but nice. Super fast and hard greens make putting an adventure on every hole. Lots of slopes and hills to challenge your distance and accuracy.

First time and will come back. Awesome layout and in great shape. Amazed at elevation change here in north ATL. Bag guys helpful but need to learn how to set up a bag on cart (squished hat, straps flapping). Golf shop staff great. Starter was not very friendly and showed up after one of us teed off 2 min before our schedule time and nobody behind us only to tell us we had to wait for another group. Food service and staff were awesome.

Inconsistent sand bunkers, needs lots of work. Saw the car girl one time. At 11 AM they were out of range balls no one went out there and pick them up. Worst $90 I’ve ever spent I’ll never play there again

Played today and boy, what an improvement.

The greens were excellent - at every hole. The fairways were good. Some tee boxes needed improvement, but were not really bad.

Enjoyed every hole, and that coupled with excellent spring weather made is a perfect morning.

Greens were decent and fast. Balls were plugging in fairways and even on the fringe. Tee boxes were bare and overused. Lots of potential, starting to feel like another Smokerise.

Thanks for repaired cart pegs and newer sand. Very welcomed.

I have always liked this course. Staff very friendly and pace of play was great:
