Could be great with minimal changes
Basically no signage on the course whatsoever. Running the sprinklers on the fairways while people are playing. Mowing the greens while you’re chipping/putting. Has the ability to be a great 9 hole course because the scenery is nice, just needs to have better course maintenance etiquette and signage for the tee boxes/directions to the next holes. Very affordable round.

Great value
Played this course for the first time over the weekend. Pace of play was pretty slow at the start but got better after the 3rd hole.
Fun course layout with a short par 4's and a good mix of par 3's (115-185yds). Tee boxes weren't in the best condition but the greens were great. Amazing value and a fun place to play a casual 9
