Great course, challenging with the water hazards. I enjoy the mix up of par3 & par 5 holes, it flows really well. I love the new golf carts with ball & club cleaners on them

No humidity and blue skies. NICE. Greens very receptive and rolling good. Only 2 birds ; but had chance for 8 more. Just a little far from pins on those.

Course was in great shape and we had it all to ourselves.

Very good value for the money. Some patches areas on the fairways . Will get better with time.

Tricky layout the first few times you play. Wind can make it even more difficult. Looks like they are worried about losing the greens so they kept them moist which is leasing to divot marks and a little worse than usual green conditions but speed is still good. Also soggy in rough/fringe on holes 1 & 2

Enjoyed golfing with family and friends. The front 9 has a ton of water. And then the back nine was more friendly until the last three holes when we got back to more water. It was fun because it was so challenging. Thankfully the green were friendly.

Would have like to have had the 9th hole approach the clubhouse to grab some food- instead the 6th green is in front of the clubhouse. The food cart was out of food when it came by us at 11:30am. Very friendly staff at checkin, the food cart, and the Marshall. Very helpful.

Most of the course was in good shape. A number of greens were great on most spots but "challenging in others. Several Tee Boxes were under reconstruction but didn't affect my boxes. Very much enjoyed the round and enjoyed the person I was paired up with.

Play during the week, late morning, and the course is yours. Would have liked to seen beverage service anywhere. No cart and the bar/club area wasn't open all day.

St. Annes is in great shape. Lots of water holes. Fast greens. Heavy rough. You must keep the balls in the Fairways.

I played in a twosome on a glorious Tuesday morning. The course conditions seem a bit better than they have been, but that could be because it’s spring. There were several foursomes in front of us, so it was slower than I would have liked, but we still got around in 4:15. No cart girl, no restaurant open on a Tuesday. Not sure if that is the schedule or if they are having difficulties. Can’t beat the price for the enjoyment of the layout.

Awesome layout and the course is committing to improving the conditions. It’s already noticeably better than when I played last summer and should only continue to improve.

Slow play let a five some on course of older men slowed everything down had to wait at every single home that isn’t fun. No one in course with cart for drinks or anything which stink sick play was so slow. Paid for 18 played 12 was disgusted will not go back. No starter no ranger keeping pace of play going and this was mid morning. Price was good but not to have to wait on every single home was pathetic

The course was expansive, challenging, and in extremely good conditions!

If you play this course, use an old bag use old shoes, cause when you’re done your bag, your head covers and everything will be dusty because they don’t have paved cart paths you are driving on dirt all day

Ever since this course opened and I played it once I was hopeful. The course is laid out nicely, some great holes but the condition was horrible. So every year I’ve gone back and hope it would get better and every year it’s still horrible! Can’t believe they charge 71 dollars for that! Still believe it could be awesome just wish they had a greenskeeper with a clue about keeping a golf course nice. Do t waste your time and money!
