Great course for beginners or short game.
I love this place, friendly, easy going, everything you need to have fun at golf.
Not on a Saturday
Would have been nice to know ahead of time that we could only play 7 out of 9 holes because of the kids program. Would suggest that golf now don’t put on for Saturdays. Course very short and tight.
Uncomfortable feeling
Course is simple and narrow. But, it was not bad course condition. But, there was a regrettable thing. some young adults played soccer with soccer balls in the golf course of hole. It was very uncomfortable and their high voice was some scared feeling. I think it is cause of none hole ambassador.
Short Game Skills
Beginner course to get acquainted or sharpen your short game. One-two wedges and a putter....
Fun little course. Good condition for this time of year..
Greens
Holes are short, good challenge for wedge game, sorry game and putting. Low rating as greens are in horrible shape.
Small Greens but Big Message
This is a course for players learning to golf. Dime sized greens and short holes require precision - not power. Holes range from 70 to 130 yards. It was not crowded allowing players to hit multiple balls. Experienced golfers will want more variety in a layout.
Hole signs had great messages. See photos.
A very nice 9 hole, walking course.
The course is tight so being able to hit straight is a plus. I remember the longest fairway is 125, so consider this an irons course. I played during Easter week Nd there were a lot of new players and kids on the course, fine with me.
Great Course
I've played this course on several occasions. This was by far my best experience playing this course. Course conditions were outstanding which was not the case on my earlier visits. I will be back.
Great Place for Beginners
I really enjoyed playing here. It is the Coachella Valley site for the First Tee program. 9 holes, Par 3-4. Majority of the people there were beginners and on the course to work on fundamentals of the game. I love supporting programs and courses like this.
Very Short Course
The course is just way to small. Sand wedge is the only club you need to go through the course with the exception of one hole.
A mixed experience, but recommended
The Golf Center has one of the few public driving ranges in the Palm Springs area. The nine hole par 3 course, walking only, is attractive with well-tended fairways, rough and greens. There is a very good chipping and putting practice area. Many customers are not golfers, so the pace of play is quite slow with some amusing activities each day we have gone there to practice our short games. Tee areas are quite close to the previous green, so it is fairly often that the non-golfer patrons hammer their drive into the people waiting at the next tee. All-in-all we went there to work on our short games and it was a good experience. There are other par 3 and executive courses in the area that are much nicer and more challenging, but we had a good time there.
