Great Conditions
Although I wouldn’t rate this as a difficult track it fit my capabilities perfectly. Played in under 4 hours, could have been a lot faster but I was paired with a couple that was just learning the game. They told me I could go ahead but they were so pleasant to be with I stuck it out. All in all a great day.

The fairways were in excellent condition. Greens were good, the sand traps had good sand in them. Staff & other players were friendly. Play was fast.

good course
had a great round. course in gret shape .if i had any complaint it woud be the sand traps too much fluffy soft sand hard to get out

So Much Better
Congratulations to the new ownership for all the improvements to the course. Fairways and greens were in mostly very good condition, rough mowed to a good length and the new sand in the traps works like it should. You can actually hit a blast shot.
Tee boxes were the only things that need some more work, some of them pretty torn up.

Old, established course
This course was tight with tee boxes that did not line up with the fairways. The closeness of the houses on the front 9 made for nervous play especially because we had never played it before. The back 9 was more forgiving but overall, would not recommend it because of the danger of hitting homes along the course as well as the danger of being hit by errant golf balls! The staff were awesome though!!!

Golf was excellent and we’ll be back.
The stunning beauty of the mountains in the background and the water canal that snakes it’s way throughout course is amazing with the views of recycled railcars acting as bridges and shelters I assume.
It’s definitely a must golf at least once to get a picture going through those railcars, I’ve never seen that before.

Fun to play for a short course. Small greens surrounded by bunkers make for a challenging round.

Shadow Mountain Wonder
Coarse was on the short side, but in great shape. There warning the greens were shaped back to front and one should aim to be below the pin as putting downhill were fast.
The course wound it’s way through the local homes and fairways were narrow in some places. 11th Hole had a public road run through it and a biker interrupted my wife’s drive.
Haven’t had that experience be fore and is good to at least experience it once.

tough sand traps
For some reason during the upgrading process of the course under new management, they decided to bring in some of the softest sand I've ever encountered making it extremely difficult to blast out....it's unfairly soft and needs to be mixed with something that will make the traps firmer. High lofted shots that land in the sand are almost completely buried-ugh!!! Management-do something to correct this!!!!
