I found Shadow Mountain Golf Course to be very quaint. It is definitely a short course by today’s standards, but was very fun!!!! I found the greens and fairways to be in good shape. The staff were very friendly!!! This is a good course for scoring!!!

Diamond in the rough, needs significant TLC

Even though alot of work has been completed, it still could use sand in the traps, divots replace, clean up around greens and stop the loud music approaching 9th green.

Be careful with your expectations

High season however they are really craming people on to the course.. No driving range but they do have nets to hit into. Balls were left by Gene Sarason. On course restrooms were very dirty. A 5 some jumped in front of us on #10. 5 hours 15 minutes to play 5100 yard course.

Maintenance lacking

Played a day after large wind storm. Course was littered with bark and debris. Greens very slow and “hairy” as if they had not been cut in awhile. Slow group in front caused three groups on every hole from #3. Staff & starter were great. Unnecessarily long round with not great conditions. Should have been warned before round course was not groomed.

Fun course with 60's vibe. Fairly short course ideal for beginner to intermediate golfers. Low handicappers won't find much of a challenge. Course meanders among a lot of 60's era houses. Fair layout, good condition and unique clubhouse and starting area. Wouldn't hesitate to play it again
