Play it!

Houses are not that big of a deal. All the reviews we read were all about how tight it was, granted there are holes with houses and narrow fairways, so leave your driver in the bag on those holes. You get to know the group ahead of you, as the greens and tee boxes are very close together.

Definitely worth playing and I will play it again.

great shorter course for quick round, took a cart but easily walkable & very enjoyable. great scenery with the nearby mountains & palms lining the fairways. Would play again.

Nice short course

Quick round on pleasant course. Very typical of course that was part of an old (40s-50s) development. Although Limited course space, it provides good iron play and quick (3.5 hour or less) rounds.

fun place to spend the day.

course is a little too close in spots, especially if idiots are hitting into you.

cool tiki bar and outside area to enjoy beforehand or after your round.

Nice course to tune up after 2 months of no golf in Iowa.

Great course with friendly staff. Played in 3 and 1/2 hours with a threesome. Good course to tune up short iron play. Greens were in great condition. Some of the holes are fairly close to condos which introduces a small pucker factor.

Good value twilight

Relatively short course so managed the 18 holes in 3 hours. Bungalows around the course are a bit close to the fairways and some are unprotected so you need to be aware of wayward shots. Can be intimidating if you're not a confident golfer.

This course is worth it.

The course is in excellent shape and is very well maintained. It is obvious that the owner has taken steps to ensure the course stays in top condition as there are always workers raking, repairing divots and providing general maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Special attention has also been made to landscaping, with sculptures, decorative fencing and rock work adding to the already breathtaking scenery.

The only downside is the closeness of the fairways as there are some golfers with errant shots that can pose a risk to other golfers.

It is not unusual to have balls flying at you from an adjacent fairway and unfortunately all golfers do not seem to know to yell “fore” as a warning.

So as long as you keep an eye out for yourself and pay attention to the golfers on the other fairways you will have a great day!

great staff and kudos to the grounds keeper

i have played this course quite a few times over the past few years. It has improved every year. the fairways are great. the greens are in good shape but running a little slow; maybe due to the cool mornings The staff and starter are easy going and friendly. Old style course.
