Great course
The course was great. Greens were fast. It’s a pretty open course with quiet a few sand traps. Pace was slow because of group in front of us. But overall a great time!! Staff was super friendly and helpful as it was my first time playing there.
A excellent north Texas course
This is a really nice track. It drains very well after rain which is a plus. The course has a abundance of water and sand hazards. In fact I average about 250 or so off the tee. Guess where the fairway bunkers are ? Consider playing the Blues to stay out of trouble.
The greens can be very fast and tricky. Play them to the fat side. The pace of play is better than most.
The clubhouse is nice after a round. They have a full bar and the food is quite good.

A Top Area Course
Tee boxes, fairways immaculate. Greens rolling well, especially considering the struggles of most other courses in DFW currently. If you're looking for good course conditions before choosing somewhere to play, look no further. Oh and I really like the staff; they are very cordial.

Fun but eh
I had a decent time playing at this course. The course was in good shape, but just wasn’t challenging. Very flat and straight forward. I shot amazing but was never challenged or had a hard shot to attempt which is kind of boring. The Staff was amazing though. Overall, I had a decent time at this course. If you are a beginner I would recommend this course since it is wide open.

Very nice layout, only issue is greens were quite slow - probably left a little shaggy so the roots get a solid hold.

Solid course
Fun layout winding through the neighborhood. Greens were fairly slow and had numerous unrepaired divot marks. Fairways wet from the recent rain but overall good shape. The bunkers here are some of the best in the metroplex. Pace of play seems to be an occasional here, and we had to wait 30 minutes to tee off because of how many other groups were stacked right before us.

Greens
The green have a ton of ball marks in them where no one repairs them. Greens were horribly slow and bumpy. The flag stick need to be replaced due to they all lean one way or the other.

Nice condition, friendly players and staff.
We enjoyed this course. Pace was slow so we joined two golfers behind us and then things were better. But, it WAS a gorgeous Friday in March.

Really fun course to play
Has challenges for all levels of play. Greens are in excellent condition and reasonably challenging although too extreme.

Always a good time
This course is in good shape for February. Could have done with out the wind. Fairways were in good shape, the greens were ok as some were slow and some fast. The holes were cut on ridges or on a slight slope.

Course Condition
The greens should have been rolled due to winter conditions. No marshals out to keep ball marks on the greens repaired.

Love this course! Despite all of the of all of rain the course was in great shape! It was cart path only but very understandable! The staff is great! I cannot wait to go back! The only downfall is that the fees are a bit too much!!

Putting
the greens are not puttable . t
The inconsistency is ridiculous some green areas are so slow it is like putting on Velcro. Fairways the grass is so long that the grass is laying flat and if you have to hit a shot against the grain it is impossible to judge the distances your ball will travel.

What a GREAT experience!The course was in fabulous shape for mid December! Director of golf Roger Martinez took the time to come out of his office to welcome us.His entire staff was so friendly and helpful,as were the members we met! when next my brother and I play a winter golf trip,you can bet we'll be headed back to Wildhorse!

What a beautiful course. If you have not played Wildhorse, you need to 100% play this wonderful course. The greens were perfect and rolled true. Hard to beat a this course conditions in the DFW area as I play many courses and this one I rank in the very top. I 100% recommend

Excellent Highly Recommend
Course was still wet from all the rain and was cart path only. Played in 4.5 hours, which was good for CPO. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Course layout was challenging and greens were great. fast and challenging.
