Wildhorse Golf Club of Robson Ranch - North/South Course

Undulating greens with some difficult hole locations. Have to play with steady winds on the back 9, which can help and/or hurt you.

This is only the second time I have booked through GOLFNOW and I am very pleased with GOLFNOW and the course. I'm visiting Texas for the week, needed a nearby course where I could book a round as a single and hopefully get hooked up with another player. The management gave me the option to play alone but I chose to play with with three regulars who were very friendly. The fairways and greens are in great shape. They have a beverage cart and water stations.

Never too busy, always able to get a tee time. Course is not too difficult, just keep it on the fairway or close to it, grass gets very deep on some holes if you miss left or right. I enjoy this course and will continue to play it.

I HAVE PLAYED THE COURSE MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS HAVE ENJOYED IT.

Worth the drive. Windy and wide open. Challenging. Great deal on GolfNow. Pretty well maintained. I am looking forward to scoring better next time. Not a lot of wait time.

Nice course that is well kept. Tees can be chosen to get to approx 6,800 yards. Fun to play, pretty forgiving from most tees if you can manage to hit the ball fairly straight.

Greens were very good as were fairways, traps and tee boxes. It was the heat of the day, I guess its so new there are not really any trees to hide under for shade. Greens are some of the better I have played on of late.

This course is always in good shape and fun to play. Greens are very consistent.

We really enojoyed this course. The greens were still coming back from being aerated but were true and quick. The fairways were in great condition and the rough was never hard to hit from.
The staff was freindly.
The course has 5 tee boxes so it works for any level of play.
I cannot wait to play here again.

It had been a while since I last played this course. The fairways were in great shape and the rough was nice and lush and tough to get out of. Greens had just recently been aerated and sanded in a couple weeks should be lighting fast. Birdies out there but don't blink or the double bog will sneak up on you.

Amazingly quick pace for a Sunday round. Greens were punched but putts still rolled decently.

Played on Wednesday no wait but the staff in pro shop never asked if we had played it before so confusing as to where the balls for the range were and the driving range. The greens are not true and in good shape... The fairways are beautiful but greens need work.

Course was very nice and in good condition for for July. Fairways and greens were soft and had plenty of moisture. Greens were a little slow but putted true. Has several tee boxes so you make the course as long you want.
The one caution I would have is to beware this course is in an adult community and you can get behind some slow players. I played the course in just over three hours.

I thoroughly enjoyed my round at Wildhorse. The course is very well kept and the greens are beautiful. This layout is in the middle of a neighborhood for "active adults" so it tends to be a shorter course. I did find myself challenged by a few of the holes but I still had fun playing them. Overall I am looking forward to playing Wildhorse again.

This was my yearly birthday round, try to play a different new exciting course every year. This is a hidden gem for DFW area. Thanks Golf Now for the tee time price. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even gave me a course book(usually have to pay for these). Greens are very green and hold your shots and putt true. Fairways and teeboxes are in excellent shape. Course is not that long so I played from the Black (tips) and shot a 77. I'm a 5.7 hc. Also the highlight of round was making a 100 foot birdie putt on #15, very excited don't think I ever a made a putt from that distance before, have chipped many. I highly recommend the drive to Denton, TX to play this course. It's in a private housing development and even the gate staff was friendly and welcoming!! Will have to play this one again!

The course always seems to be in very good shape. The layout is challenging but not ridiculous. There are very few trees, so the wind obviously is a consideration.

Cudos to the ground staff at Wildhorse. The fairways were plush, the greens cut at exactly the right height and full and the overall appearance was better then any time I can remember.
