Terrible Course, even for the hot deal
Terrible course conditions. Cart paths are just broken concrete slabs, fairways are patches of grass with gopher holes throughout, rough is tumble weeds and snake holes. You Cant drive the golf cart faster than 2 mph due to the bumpy grass, which is probably why the cart had broken suspension. Not even worth the $10 hot deal. I was ready to leave after 13 holes.
Needs Attention
Have played there approx3-4 times in last 12 months and this is the worst condition I have seen, especially just off off fairways. Also many bare spots in fairways. I do think the greens are above average and adequate.

Fast play
Course set up equates to fast play
Stay in the fairways because the ground squirrel holes litter the rough and gobble up your golf balls if you stray away from the fairways.
was not a happy golfer
poor course maint to many broken sprinklers way to many gofer wholes short on staff guy in pro shop had to come out clean carts not a good safe job on carts.

No carts
They over book tee times and not have enough carts to give out.

Long iron practice
This place plays LONG. Not your typical bomb and gouge.

Good for the money
Nice full layout but rough around the edges. Green's are okay but fairways and rough need work. I recommend improving your lie through the green.

Improvement
Staff was excellent and helpful.
Course was definitely in much better condition. I have been playing here for five years and this was the best it’s been.
Greens were true and speedy
All sand traps were machine raked! Very nice
Tee boxes leveled and good height.
Fairways are improving but still need more time.
Don’t hit into the rough because the ground squirrel holes will gobble your ball up.
Fun layout, moderate conditions
Teed off at 11 and enjoyed a good pace of play throughout. Make sure to really watch your ball the course can get hungry for balls if you don't watch your ball diligently. The greens are nice and of you stay on the fairway you should do okay-ish. The par 3's are a lot of fun. The cart ride is bumpy. Driving range is off the grass with maybe one usable mat. Overall the value is good and the course is fun to play even tho it needs some maintenance.
Worth the Money & Not as Crowded as Other Courses
The greens role good but run small. 6,330 yd s from Whites and almost 6700 from Blues. There are Black tees if you have the tee shot for it. Plenty of room for a people who spray it off the tee. We teed off at 11:20AM on Wednesday and only one twosome we had to pass. There is a range to warm up and hit off grass. Keep Life in the Fairway
