fairways and greens
Fairways were bad with gopher holes everywhere. lost balls into holes.
fairways were like the rough with a few spots of fairway. Greens were all 30-40% sand.
Either renew the course or close it. I played for $14.99 but I dont know how anyone would play it for the $38 rate.

Definite Value For The Price
If this course were in an area that afforded more play and had a higher budget, it was cost many dollars more. We had a good time. Yes it was mostly brown, yes there were muddy areas and yes the greens weren't great. But put this up against some other course around here that charge a lot more and you have a very enjoyable bargain.

Conditions not on par
The range didn’t have any grass. It was all dirt and mud. Holes all over the course. Large puddles of water all over the course, although it hasn’t rained in the area for a long time. The bunkers are dirt with large rocks so you can’t even hit out of them if you care about your irons. All of the greens are bumpy and covered in sand.

Needs work
Sandy greens- torn up fairways, and ok t boxes. Could be great course with some real care!

Course is in terrible shape
When there are gopher holes in the fairways and you need a helmet to ride in the carts it is no good. Fairways were bumpy terrible condition.

Sanded greens, atrocious wait times, no warning!
I've played Cherry Hills previously and would give it a three star rating based almost exclusively on the price and the "fair" condition of the greens. But yesterday was one of the worst experiences I have had in recent memory. The course was packed, wait times were atrocious, and to top it all off the greens had been sanded! There was no warning given to Golf Now (apparently). I would never have booked a time had I known about the greens. Also the fairways had been improperly irrigated and were muddy or even had pools of water on them. No rain recently to explain that additional frustration! Lift (out of the mud), clean, and place your ball with no rollout thanks to the muddy conditions!

Fair for the deal
Paid $13/person to play here, so I'd say we got what we paid for. Easy course if you don't crush balls and hit straight so I'd say definitely is more a senior course (was in a senior community). Not really for beginners either though because if you don't hit fairway you're in rough dirt. Course was in such rough shape wasn't really enjoyable at all. We quit after 14 holes despite no pressure at all for pace. A few interesting holes to play though, could be fun if was in better condition.

Goat Track?
We enjoyed our round of golf today. The pro shop person was extremely friendly and polite and even sent us out early.
The pace of play was excellent and we even were waved thru a foursome. It seemed like a private course.
Tee boxes were kind of ratty and the placement of the red tees were friendly. The fairways were very poor and uneven, dry, and barely covered in grass(?). Off the fairways were dangerous and completely unplayable. Squirrel holes throughout the course both in and off the fairways. Cart paths were broken in some places and you had to be careful crossing the roads because drivers dis not want to stop and allow you to cross.
The greens were the best part of the course. Very smooth and soft and you could easily hold the green with your approach shot. Bunkers were hard packed.
If it wasn’t for the nice greens I would say no to visiting again. The people in the pro shop was a definite plus for me.

Budget Golf
If you're a course snob don't play here. It's not perfect. But I got 18 holes, a cart, decent greens except for one, and a fun Friday afternoon for only $12. Most executive courses charge more. The course is very long which gives you shot variety. People complain about the gopher holes and weeds and dirt off the fairway- it's nasty and your ball might disappear. But don't blame the course cause you don't hit the fairway. It was in better condition this time and I was 5 strokes better than my best round there before. Yeah!

My hometown course
Honestly I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about this place but honestly for the money you can't beat it it's a great course with great pace and it's super laid back vibe. Dont let anybody fool you it's a good time. Great course to perfect your game.

Good price.
If you are looking for a good cheap round, this is the place. Other than that, it leaves a lot to be desired. The front nine plays ok, but the back nine is almost unplayable with all the gopher holes. Greens are usually in decent shape. Had to wait on carts both times out. Took off late because of it.
