Mellow course
Good course. Could use a little maintenance improvement. If you slice a ball right like I do, good luck finding your ball. Overall, good value for the money. Friendly staff.

Course in greening up
With all the rain, the course is getting green. If you don’t hit the fairways, good luck finding your ball as the grass and weeds are not trimmed down yet. A lot of golfer holes off the fairways as well. the greens are great shape minus one dead green on the back 9. If you get the hot deal, you can play here for $15. Cheap golf!

Worst course in the area!
Save your time and money and go somewhere else, the condition of this place is so bad. The greens are unputtable they’re so bumpy and missing grass, And the staff members are real rude, you can tell the owner/manager gave up on the place. Do yourself a favor spend the extra $10 or $20 bucks and go somewhere else.. anywhere is better honestly even cal oaks and that place is pretty bad.

Mellow course
Good course just needs maintenance. I’m a new player so if you slice to the right like I do then good luck finding your ball. Staff very friendly. I will definitely go back I’ll just take nitros next time.

Horrible
Worse golf course I’ve played in years…front 9 conditions were barely decent..once you get to the back 9 there’s not even any grass anymore…including the greens..I’d rather hit balls to a net than play at this course ever again..menifee lakes is just a few miles down the road from this place and is in much better condition with a better layout..
Very poorly maintained.
bumpy, patchy greens. one completely dead. fairways with large patches of dirt and tons of gopher holes. no ball washers, no drinking water on course.

Not enough cart
They have not enough cart. They have total 45 carts only
so we have to wait for the cart almost 3 hours.
Our tee time is 11:30 but we start 2PM so we could not finish rounding. It is bad experience.

Bad course, bad management
Wow! What an experience. The day started out with the starter trying to convince as many people as possible to not play because they completely overbooked themselves and were completely out of carts. Didn’t have anywhere else to go so we waiting an hour and a half to get a cart to play. Honestly, the fairways were better than the other reviews stated but if you leave them, don’t bother looking for your ball. Gopher city out there.
Pace of play was terrible as they allowed several groups of 5,6,7 and 8 people just meander around. We were stuck behind a group with a couple beginners. No big deal that’s how we all start. But for some reason the marshal decided to come follow us around hawking us even though we were well under 2 hours on the front 9. He just happened to show up after the group in front of us bailed. This a-hole of a Marshall kept parking in the middle of the fairway right where we were trying to hit. How is that supposed to speed up play?
Zero food or drinks in the “clubhouse”.
Conditions on the front 9 were ok, back 9 has been forgotten and lost to time several decades ago. No greens, just browns.

Dog track
The gophers and squirrels own this place. If you can't find your ball it is either plugged in a mud hole or down a hole. If you drive a cart down the 11th fairway your fillings will be nocked loose.

A Little Bit Improved
The front 9 are improved conditions compared to the back 9. I haven’t played here in almost two years due to horrible conditions. The gopher situation is a bit better but the greens always need improvements.
Sand Traps
I happen to be a pretty good golfer out of the Sand.. Could there possibly be some...for our 'traps'?...'G'
Price was right
Course condition was poor, but weather was nice. No one else there to slow the pace. Overall it was just OK
