Sunken Gardens Golf Course

Fun little par three course.

They still have not fixed the 2nd hole tee box, so you’re playing a par three not four. Nice course, not challenging but fun to practice your iron play. Greens roll great

It’s a great course, a little slow in the weekends but overall 2.5 hours 9 hole wasn’t too bad.

It was my first time playing a 9-hole course here and in the Bay Area. Pace of play was fast and finished 9 holes in about an hour and a half (with one partner). Found the course fun and straightforward. The course itself was not in the best shape, and the tee box on #2 was on the fairway. Would definitely come back though for a quick game after work.

Sunken Garden is a beautiful little 9. Lots of practice space. Come early make a full day of it. And finish up with some BBQ

Great time. Pace at times is slow, but it is easy to find tee time.

Wide open course in front of us, the other pair already hit when we are checking in, staff used the loud speaker to tell them to wait for us. We would have been faster as 2 pairs.

The Garden is a must play course. Well manicured greens. Some trees have been trimmed back which have opened more opportunities off the tee 2cnd hole par 4 is now a shorted par 3 hole. Not sure if it will come back unless the fence netting is built higher or the neighbors get over it.

Was stuck behind two foursomes! The pace of play was unbearable! If you play before 12 noon, be prepared to inch your way down the course! I have notthing against seniors, I'm one of them, but come on! It got so bad, I only made it to the 3rd teebox, and ended up walking off the course and headed home!

food is good

course conditions weren’t great. Soggy, not necessarily their fault with all the rain, but the upkeep off the fairway and on it was lackluster and lead to losing balls in the fairway and first cut in many instances. Donated 10 balls to the course that would be playable anywhere else. Oh well, sounds like a me problem
