Nice Practice Round
Nice place to play for a practice round for your short game and you can't beat the price. Plus you can hit a bucket of ball for a reasonable price.
Down sides are:
-a lot beginners that really slow down the pace (especially when they playing golf with paper bag on their head. DUMB TECK KIDS!)
-there is a lot traffic so the tee boxes are not best. It would be nice if they were more level.
-yard marker are not accurate.
Nice little par 3
Decent layout and good challenge for beginners. They have a nice feature where the beginners get a higher par than experienced players. Course has some nice features with water in play on several holes, and a variety of distances for the par 3's. Greens are decent but the tees are generally worn down to sand for the most part. Pace of play is a little slow for what it is (took just over 2 hours for 3 players - one with a one over, another 5 over and the last 9 over). Proshop was well stocked and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice they have a driving range right there as well.
The clubhouse let 6 people golf at the same time causing very slow play. Someone in a cart came out at the 7th hole to talk with this group but nothing happened, they continued to play slow. Also some of the players were pulling their carts on the green.
Bad tee boxes. Ok value
That’s about it. Some tee boxes were literally like hitting sand shots. Keeping in mind it’s a Par 28, what should you expect? I expect grass in general
The greens are always pretty nice here. The tee boxes need some work though. Over all it’s fun par 3 to practice your short game.
