Sunnyvale Municipal Golf Course

Course is in good condition and the pace of play was good (2:15 for 9). Enjoyed the course but with a 3:45 tee time and a closing time of 7 (must be out the gate or get locked in) we could only play 10 holes. Greens were good even though many people don't fix their pitch marks (why not??). No water on the course in the streams so playing a little easier since you can hit out of the hazard. Staff very friendly.

Sadly, our foursome unanimously concluded that Sunnyvale GC is in the worst shape we've ever seen in over 20 yrs. Tee times were behind schedule & the 5+ hour pace of play was painful thanks to the mens club players snail's pace of play. Marshall was there but obviously ineffective. Bottom line, Sunnyvale is waaay overpriced in it's current state.

18 holes on Saturday took less than 4 hours to play

A good day today the fairways in good condition the greens are fast. The rough not so friendly

However the greens were thick in places and solid drive carry. Really helped. Get to SVgolf It is a fun 3 hr avg play.

Sunnyvale is a very good course.

It has a very good layout and pace of play is now very good. The course condition is good not great.

The holes are challenging but not too difficult

Always a fun course to play the greens are in good condition as are the fairways. I’m glad the ruff is manageable to hit out of. I’m still trying to get my first ace while I’m young.

Numerous ponds and creeks have been dry for years. Used to be nicest course in the Bay Area but now same as the others. Shame

Pace can be somewhat slow .. nice track for beginners- or buddy’s trying to get together.. food and beer choices are amazing.. best ribs around

It’s a great course for the value. I wish people can fix their divots more so we can continue to enjoy this nice walkable course.

On'y course I have ever tell me that the confirmation tee time from GN is not

T valid unless there a email from the Golf course itself?....I showed the staff my reservation record for the month of July -14 rounds total..never a problem but here...very soured experience ...I left ...seeking credit for my. hot deal round and a apology..because the situation became very uncomfortable for all...

I arrived with a confirmed reservation and confirmation number from GN and the Giolf Staff denied . My reservation pointing me to a sign that suggests if I don’t have a confirmation from Sunnyvale Golf Course -there’s no confirmation there for you can’t play or you have to Pay again..

So disappointing..Not only will I never go back.. I now will look at my relationship with GN- looking for a refund and credit for the lost of Hot Deal points . I booked 14 rounds in July alone ..Due a explanation

i was denied service at this course even thou I had a confirmation code..The attendant stated that Golf Now never confirmed with THEM, That I was playing there...Can't wait to speak with a rep from GN..

The course is drying out so you get a lot of run on the fairways. The afternoon winds shortened up good drives. The greens are still in great shape.
