This course is a great for your short game.
Great course to practice your short game. Enjoyed my round with a good friend and had some interesting holes. Would definitely recommend this course if you only have time for 9 holes. Friendly people and a great course.
A pleasant surprise
All you could ask for in s nine hole course. Plays tight with very fast greens. Requires club and course magement

Nice little golf course. For a quick 9-holes this is great.
fun course
Excellent greens. Well kept. The course is challenging especially since the fairways are somewhat narrow and houses along side. We will come again.
Fun course with amazing customer service and friendlyness!
Played this course for the first time with my wife and daughter. Course is not too difficult, houses are pretty close to fairways sometimes. Overall FW and greens conditions are very good. We had a wonderful time!

Very tight little course, setup around homes, but very playable.
Ivey Ranch Golf Outing
Ivey Ranch surprised me. A 9 hole course that was surrounded by a retirement community played very well. The staff is very, very friendly. I would come back when I'm in the area again.
Short but challenging
Fun course to play and in nice condition. Short game comes into play more than the long ball bombers.
A good challenge for a short course.
The course is a good test of golf.The greens are in good shape,
and roll true with good speed but not too severe. Fairways also good and the rough is very playable although it is a narrow course, with some water and a few interesting dogleg holes.
This a superb "target course" 9 holes.....
Do not grip it & rip it. Unless you have great shot shaping skills. .Requires discipline. Find the fairway, if you can & you will score well.
Player-friendly, tee box by entrance shack "dangerous"
Greens rolled nicely, some water features pleasant to look at. Course ranger would have been nice - usually play 9 holes (this length) in 90 mins. Was well OVER 2 hours today. Exit staff to ask: "How was your round" could make lasting impression before leaving the course.

It was a good and fun round of golf
First time at this facility although I have driven past it for many years. It is a 9 hole regulation course that you play twice ....it is a really well maintaned course. The members and staff were very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. The course is not easy yet not so difficult that you feel defeated on it. It was fun golf outing.
A nice little course at a good price
Course was in good condition. Pace was a little slow as we got behind some slow players. Still fun to play
Short but Sweet
Couse is a double nine, repeat the nine once you finish. But three sets of tees make for some variety. Course is very nicely maintained although there were leaves which make finding your ball a challenge. Staff is very friendly. Definitely a course to play if you want to finish quickly and if you don't hit monster shots. A course where pars are probable without having to make the great chip on your third shot. Enjoy!
Enough long holes
A delightful smaller course. 18 holes means repeating the same nine. Most fairways are straight, not too challenging. We rarely saw any other golfers (on a Saturday) which was a nice change. And, after playing many "golf cart path only" courses, was nice to drive on the fairways. Course was in great shape. In the $20-$25 range, would definitely return to play.
Great novice course
Very easy 9 hole course. Narrow in spots, with some water and sand traps (that are easy to get out of.) Fairly shady in places. My wife and I found this the best of the 5 small courses we played.
A challenging 9 nine hole course, well maintained with a friendly accomodating staff.
This 9 hole course, which we played from the white tees then the blues, offers a good challenge for most golfers. The banked fairways are wide and tree lined. The fairways were lush and he greens fast. An enjoyable, "feel good" golf experience.
hidden Gem
We played this course today,Saturday, for the first time. We found it to be quick to play but not an easy course. There were many challenges but it wasn't frustrating. The course was in excellent condition and very well marked. Water stations were frequent and restrooms right by the cart path. It is definitely a hidden gem not far off the beaten track. We'll be back!!
Feels very homey.
This course is like "mom and pop's." Very friendly employees and players! A fun round. Been here twice, and will definitely return.
