great value and in good shape
First time playing Tracy GC and it did not disappoint. The greens are some of the best I have ever played, including private course greens. The fairways are ok, with some crab grass/ bermuda. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were told we got lucky with the minimum wind conditions.

Fairway condition is terrible
Green condition is good, but fairway condition is terrible, and if single don’t want to share carts to be charged $20 , it is unbelievable decision

The course was in good condition. Even though the greens were recently irritated they still pretty good. Fairways were nice and cut. All in all fun day.

Shared cart
Be prepared to share a cart if your a single player..worst round ever , I had to wait like 5 min between my hits .because I was playing with a new player who hit like 160 plus, im not a pro ,but I'm a 12 handicap .you can imagine the day I had.He spent most of the time looking for his balls .wasn't a good round

Good Round on a Monday Morning
Course was in good shape, greens and fairways are always really nice and well maintained. Driving range mats definitely need to be replaced, no tees available.
The only complaint I have is there is no water anywhere on this course. no 5 gallon coolers, no cart driving around. You never see the club house again after hole 5. Even just a 5 gallon cooler of water would be a huge improvement.
Tee boxes are in good shape, greens are excellent and sand traps were better than the last time I was there. Great course to play.
