Emerald Greens Golf Club

About
The Golf Course at the Emerald Greens Golf Club is a nine-hole, par-3 course. Designed by Henry Hughes and opened in 1965, the course is affiliated with the retirement community Windsor Gardens, making it a semi-private. The course is suitable for all levels of golf, providing challenges that beginners can still handle while also serving as great practice for experienced golfers wanting to work on their short game. The greens are undulating and there are also bunkers. Emerald Greens Golf Club's fairways are wide open and water hazards come into play on over half of the course's holes. There is a heavy emphasis on shot accuracy since there are greenside sand bunkers.

Great 9 hole par 3
I’ve played other courses, but switched to Emerald Greens because I can count on teeing off on time. Other courses allowed late comers to play, pushing back everyone’s start times The staff at Emerald Greens shows respect for all players by sticking to the rules that are posted at the entrance for easy reading. Doug, Edward, and Dylan are polite and helpful. They cheerfully greeted me and my family when I arrived and after we finish playing, the asked me my opinion about the course.. The course itself is the best 9 hole, par three in the state, and I’ve played them all.
Terrible staff
Overcrowded.Great place to go if slow play and poor conditions are your preference, as it’s a senior community golf course. Terrible staff; rude to young people, and looking for reasons to make them not want to return. I’ve never had a good experience at this golf course.
Family outing
Course was in great shape. Greens are as good as you'll find in the area. The course is a great combination of relatively short holes with a few really challenging holes mixed in. Only complaint is we caught up to a group of teenage boys who seemed to have no regard for pace of play and seemed oblivious to others on the course. Obviously not the fault of the course but it would have been nearly perfect other than that.
Professional Jerk
This layout is great for tuning up the short game and is in excellent condition, Only problem is the golf pro or golf shop manager is a real jerk off! I’ve been there four times and have had issues with him every single time. Most recently he tried to tell me I didn’t pre pay for carts on the Golf Now app. Went as far as making me show my bank account app with the total price before he relinquished the cart. He is no way a golf pro. Probably a high school drop out with a huge chip on his shoulder.
Great little course
Tucked away between some apartments is this great little par 3. The people working and playing here are all incredibly friendly and the course is in great shape. Would highly recommend for a quick round of 9.
nice par 3
Not too crowded on a Sunday late morning. Fairways in good condition. Greens are pretty sandy and slow.
They treat this dump like it is castle pines
The pro should be a class A professional to run the track correctly. Im a class A professional and will never pay another dollar to this establishment. Horrible feel with a staff that patrols u as you play.
Rude staff
Very rude staff. Booked tee time on very slow afternoon to play with my girlfriend who is learning the game... paid for 2 golfers. I was told we needed two sets of clubs for two people, and would need to rent clubs. I asked if I could split my clubs into two (I have two putters, drivers, and various other wedges and irons) and was told no. That is fine, we were still going to play. Other staff member comes over and says “actually your tee time was two minutes ago, you’re going to need go” ... Would not recommend for couples/lfamilies/learners who do not yet want to purchase clubs, even on a slow afternoon.
Nice executive course
The staff (golf pro) was extremely friendly and attentive; granted, this was an early spring round so the course was still in early spring condition, but it was great for a quick round which I was in search of; I would recommend this course to beginners and those wanting to enhance their short iron play; I doubt I will ever play this course again because I was hoping for a bit more challenge and length.
Small 9 hole course
I booked on golfnow and got to the clubhouse and found out holes 3 holes were completely shut down
A fun par 3!!!
Nice little par3 , with some unique hazzards(water came in play on four holes, sand traps protecting greens offered up some fun play!)
