Kona Country Club

Stunning coastal holes; well conditioned course: weaves through resort in several holes; we got a great hot deal on Golf Now.

Would play again.

Definitely a course that needs to be played on if you visit Kona. Playing here the 2nd time on my trip bc it’s that nice.

Fun layout for vacation golf

.plenty of challenges and the course was in great condition.

Water side holes are beautiful.

Played a midday hot deal as a 3 ball and we were round in a little under 3hr 30 mins.

I have played the big name courses on the island. This course is a better value. Great views, good conditions, challenging layout and most of all a course I would go back to.. I drove the 50 minutes from Waikaloa and was glad I did. Clubhouse also had nice attire at reasonable prices. Unfortunately they closed early and I was unable to purchase when I was done.

Very forgiving, wide fIrways with room for the average golfer to have a great time.

Some interestrng slopes to deal with. Play the back tees for some real challenge. Have to work for those birdies and pars.

Greens are hard to reaf. Be careful or suddenly the slope will give you a tough seond putt. Or third putt.

Great views. Fun golf. No stress. Good times.

The cost per round is around $150 but through this app I was able to play for $70 (golf cart included).

The fairways were plush , the greens were true and a bit fast and the scenery was like something out of a magazine, The round at ties became a photo session. I would go back without a doubt.

The only thing I had an issue with was that we had to rent clubs and the club rental was almost just as much as the round, $50!

It was an experience I will never forget

Our group golfed four different courses during our stay and we all agreed Kona Country Club was our favorite.

We enjoyed our first time playing this course. It is picturesque, well maintained and relatively easy.

The best part of this course is the location next to the ocean. Very nice views and also very little wind. But cloudy and wet all day.

The fairways are wide but most have slope to greater or lesser degree. Greens are large but very hard to read for both speed and direction.

There are much better courses on the island (Hapuna being my favorite) for the money.

Very well received on check , overall good track have played the Waikoloa courses and wanted to try somewhere different. Parking lot needs major repaviing, very uneven.

I love this course. I have played it every time I come to the Big Island.

Loved the ocean views. The landscaping was well done and managed. Cart lady was friendly and helpful. Would definitely play it again

Very nice ocean course with beautiful scenery. Course is challenging but fair. Good shots are rewarded, bad shots are punishing. Greens just punched. Extremely slow.
