This coarse is awsome love evything about it outs long but I hit long good cosrse for everyone though

Played this course for the first time and it was very enjoyable. The greens were not perfect because it's early sprint but they rolled great. A few bunkers were being worked on because of the winter so they were GUR. There are lots of well positioned traps throughout the course. The back nine has 3 par 5's and 3 par 3's which is a little unusual. Some of the par 4's played pretty darn long.

Being early spring the course was in fair shape.

Many of the bunkers were being renovated so were very rough - mostly dirt/clay and torn up.

Few golfers on the course which made pace of play great.

A little pricey for range balls - $6 for a small bucket.

Have played the course for many years, and it is looking like this year it may be in the best shape ever! It is a GREAT value, and competes well with every other municipal course in the area. A lot of money is being spent reworking the sand traps this spring, and that will be a most welcome upgrade. Sam, the course manager, and his staff are ALWAYS the best.

Been playing here for many years, and it's hard to find a better course anywhere around that offers as much for the price. Can't wait for the summer season when the fairways and greens are in their prime (although the winter conditions are as good as anywhere I have played that has winter conditions). Hats off to Sam and his crew for an EXCELLENT municipal course!

The snow line seemed to cover most of the courses in the Denver metro area, but this was amazingly nearly entirely snowfree. There was a frost delay, but by the time we teed off, it was caught up. The check in was seamless. The ground was more than firm, so alternative approach shots were in order e.g. my 7 iron bounced offn an exquisitely firm green on one par 3 going 209y, crazy. The grass being dormant made for tight lies, preferred by perhaps advanced golfers. Tee boxes were mostly frozen, so alternate tees were useful. It was supposed to be cartpath only, but that wasn't practiced. Walking helped keep you warm, although it was quite pleasant 1p-330p. It was a good day out when it was hard to find a place to play. Fun.

I love this course because it offers every golfer a challenge. Plenty of hazards to avoid and length for long hitters. I can almost always find a Hot Deal on Golf Now making this course very affordable. Every time I’ve played there the course was well maintained. Some of the views of the nearby mountains are truly majestic! Highly recommend!!

The course was in great shape. Greens-4, Tee boxes-4, practice area-5, cart person-5, staff-5, view of the mountains-5, golf carts-5, drinking water on course-5. This is based on a scale of 1-5. 5 being good and 1 being bad. Pace of play was slow but it was a weekend and beautiful day. When finishing 9, we asked if we could play the front nine again. It was great. Took us only an hour and a half. Would highly recommend this course to golfers of all levels.

Greens are in great shape, course is challenging, tough pin placements, overall fun course to play! thumbs up!!

I'm a bit torn about this review. We went to the tee box a few minutes early and the group ahead of us...a threesome...were a couple minutes late and they had just gotten food from the clubhouse, so they asked if we wanted to go in front of them. The starter / ranger on the tee box said that was fine. We were waiting to tee off for several minutes because the group ahead was taking extra time to get out of the way. The guy in the clubhouse 'crow's nest' gets on the loudspeaker and asks who's on the tee box to the starter / ranger. The very nice starter explains to the 'crow's nest' that the threesome offered to have us tee off first, but the guy in the clubhouse said it wasn't okay and that we were paired with another twosome and would have to tee off with them. So instead of teeing off a couple minutes ahead of our tee time we were forced to tee off about 20 minutes after our scheduled tee time. due to having to wait for the current threesome, then a twosome, and then another foursome before our pairing. Between the wait for teeing off and the actual round we ended up spending 6 hours at the course, which caused problems with our pre-arranged dinner plans. That being said the twosome we were paired with were wonderful and we had a nice time. The course was in good shape and the layout was fun. The backdrop of the Longmont Rocky Mountains was also nice.

A good layout with very well maintained greens. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pace was a bit slow on this particular visit; it was better on previous visits. I will be back again.

I played this a few years after it opened. I could swear that they doubled the amount of sand traps and green side bunkers since then.

We played from the blue tees (76 years young) and even the blues were challenging for me.

But what a great course. It’ got something for every level of golfer and plenty of opportunities for risk/reward play.

This course was great, the conditions were amazing, and it was worth the money.

The course was very playable and challenging. I had a couple of holes go wrong, but overall I loved this course. The greens are a little hard to read but you can make long putts on them (I did!)
