Sunset Golf Course

Beautiful course well maintained by a super grounds crew. Great course, narrow fairways makes you a careful driver - easy to get into trouble - but a fun course.

Thank you City of Longmont for making available this incredibly beautiful Golf Course. The views of the Continental Divide and Foothills is fantastic! The course is well cared for, and the staff is the best of any course we've played. It's a wonderful course to invite another couple to play along with you, and enjoy your time together. I play this course a lot--20 - 40 times a year--and always find in great shape. During the middle of the playing season it is often in superior shape compared to other course I might play in the Denver Metro Area. For me, this is a friendly place--great clubhouse environment--with so many locals in a great mood. It makes playing Sunset a joy.

I hope to play it 40 times this year!

A hidden gem. One-half of an 18-hole course. Well maintained. Price

Is more the reasonable. My wife loves it. Friendly staff. Pace of play is good. No par 5’s but long par 4’s. Bring the driver. Two par 3’s. One you can

use a 3-metal; the other a raised Tee box with choice of two different greens. Great views of the front range. No super amenities but very comfortable. Swimming pool next door.

Hard not to enjoy just being out, weather was perfect, Course was just aerated so a little rough

Sunset golf course was in great shape on 9/16/19! I saw very few ball Marks’s on the greens- and they were fast ! The fairways were also in good shape, only filled a couple divots along the way. I’d say I go at lucky with the pace of play, 2 hours for 9.

The course is not busy ,I played with out kids. condition good, steps are really friendly

For a public course, the greens are pristine. Incredible!

Three of us journeyed an hour to get here after I read the reviews. Lots of my buddies had never heard of this course but they have heard of it now from me. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful views from the odd numbered tee boxes, and course in great shape. Well worth the hour travel time. Will be back.

A jewel of a 9-hole city course. I recommend early tee times, as it gets crowded! Beautifully manicured and maintained. Staff is always easy going, and I love this place for an early morning walking round.

The four of us are visiting from Texas and really enjoyed this beautiful little nine hole course. There were so many photo ops, it was hard to focus on golf. There were a few challenging holes, which made it a lot of fun. Hope to play here again when we come back in 4 or 5 weeks.

Perfect course for my new neighborhood. Love the layout and had a blast with my friends. Can’t wait to join the men’s league.
