3rd: par-4, 430. This Cape design tempts you to take the shortest route down the fairway toward the green (on left). Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

7th, par-3, 220. A well-guarded and contoured green; a pleasant backdrop. Seen here from its left flank. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

8th: par-4, 352. Green complex at this short and steeply downhill hole--made perilous by a pond. Eagle potential, however. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

The par-4 14th, 447. Long, beautiful, and possibly deadly. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

Sixteen is another excellent, long par-4 concluding on this green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

18th, par-5 of 588. The signature hole? I’ll go for that. Great bunkering from Mungeam. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2021

Great course
Super layout. Too much sand - lol.
Once the clubhouse is rebuilt this course will be sensational!
Great Course Conditions
We really enjoyed our round at CT National! Course is in great shape! Greens are very fast and tricky! Make sure you approach from below the hole! Unfortunately the clubhouse is still being rebuilt after a recent fire. Still a great value and a must play for the course alone!
Awesome club
Great course! Super conditions for the middle of a summer. Very welcoming staff with a smile on their face especially Brian. Can’t wait for clubhouse renovations to be done. We will be back as often as we can!!
Not a Fair Review
There are major renovations going on at the course with the clubhouse, so they're using temporary buildings and portable toilets.
Pace of play was slow - there was a very pokey foursome ahead of us and we were two. HOWEVER, the course was in great shape & the staff members were very friendly & helpful. I'll definitely return.
No water
Hot day. No drinking water on course. Cart person came once on each 9. Do blink because sha was gone
Greens
Greens were not as slick. There was some of that sandy substance that definitely affected the breaks.
My Go To Course
Love CT National. Front 9 is more target golf while the back 9 is more open and longer.
The off course amenities is not the norm this year due to a fire burning down their clubhouse and currently under rebuilding.
I will play here once a week and always recommend to people.
Always a great round!
This course used to be my "home" course, in the sense that's where I played my regular rounds (i.e., not a member) Joined Quinny this year but came to play this weekend since it was Club Championship weekend at Quinny and I'm a 14.
At many quality clubs, folks get annoyed with singles paired, which is totally understandable. I have never had an issue at CT National. Played with members today and it was a blast. Very welcoming, and good players, nonetheless. Good people and good times all around.
Even with the trailer because of the fire, they're doing a great job. The range balls are a nice added touch.
Keep doing what you're doing CT National - Great facility & great people - will be back!
Beautiful course
We played here while visiting the area. One of the nicest courses we’ve played this year. Staff was very friendly and when they heard it was our first time there, they really was willing to give us a little run down about the course.
From tee’s to green it was beautiful and in amazing shape. They had received about 2.5 inches of rain the day before we played, but you’d never known. Greens were fast but rolled great.
Only real complaint was it took 5 hours, but we could tell it was gonna be a slower round from the first tee box, so didn’t really get bothered by it.
Clubhouse was still being rebuilt, so they were using a trailer at the time. It had a few stacks and drinks and had a guy grilling hotdogs. So again wasnt a big deal.
We are hoping to get the chance to play this course again before we leave the area.
The course is certainly one of the best courses in my area. I was shocked to see the main building and pro shop are being rebuilt because of a fire. There is nothing to complain about because the course is well maintained, the greens are fast and challenging, the fairways are in very good condition and the holes are fair but challenging. The only criticism I can think about is the sand traps have very hard sand. Overall it was a great round of golf and the price was excellent.
Yardage markers
It would be good to add 100 and 150 yard marks in the fairway. GPS sometimes acts up
The course is in great shape.
There is no club house, it is being renovated. There is no drinking water jugs on the course, which would be nice to have because I played on a hot day.
