Very Nice
Outside of the greens being pretty bad (because people won't fix their divots) this par 3 is a perfect course to work on your short game.

Great Par 3 Course
For the money it can’t be beat! Fun and straight forward Par 3’s ranging from 80 to 140 yards. Pace of play was great and condition were really good. Greens were a tad wet but I won’t hold it against them.

Practice or beginners
I was expecting the greens to be in better shape. Too many ball marks not repaired and kind of rough. Tee boxes were pretty worn out..
I would only recommend this course for practice and for beginners, which is what most of whom I saw were. My daughter is a beginner and it was a good experience for her. I used it to practice my short game but was hoping for some longer holes.
