Course is dry, has several bare areas, fairways very thin, needs water and TLC. Nice layout.

Pace was slow. Tee boxes were bad.
Tee boxes were not in good shape. Most of them were dirt with little grass. The rest of the course was in good shape. Round took 4:25. A little longer than I would like to play. Greens were in very good shape.

Nice course for the money
It’s a good value tucked in where expensive private clubs or semi private clubs abound. Tee boxes were a mess and bunkers need more sand and less pebbles! Greens recently punched but they rolled just fine. Layout not overly tricked out but from the Whites, driver was not needed on a few too many holes for my liking. Fun, fast (under 4 hour round on Sat AM) and relatively cheap. Definitely play it again but from the Blues next time.

What Happened?
Course was a goat track. No grass on fairways. Muddy, and murky. Have played this course for over 30 years. Never seen it this bad
