Best it's been and steady.
Played this course dozens of times. The layout is challenging on some holes and getable on others. The course conditions are really great right now and the removal of some trees on a couple holes is a welcomed change as it makes the course more playable. Will play more often.

Great condition , layout, and met some very friendly golfers

Still fun course!
I'm not even a good golfer. But I enjoy the layout of the course. Staff are always friendly. Price is fair for course condition and amenities. It's close to home for me. So it's worth it. Greens were pretty good. Even though some were kind of slow and some were fast? But overall is was great playing there. Even if I my score don't show it. 18 holes in less then 4.5 hrs. Can't complain.

My favorite golf course.

Fun & Enjoyable
Fairway and green are in good shape. Facilities are good including driving range, chipping and putting areas. I would rate it 95/100. If they have ball washer in every hole or at least in some holes, I would give it 100.

River Pines
Good layout. 4 1/2 hours which was a little slow. Greens about 8 on the stimpmeter. Everything else top notch.

Greens were slow, tee boxes and fairways cut too short, like hitting off dirt

Excellent Course
Played on a Sunday, mid May, so there was a strong crowd, as to be expected in metro Atlanta. Staff was very nice, range was great, and course was well kept and in good condition. Pace of play was surprisingly fast given the amount of players. The layout was beautiful, fully taking advantage of the river and river bottom land, no houses on the course and the fairways were well spaced from each other. Freaked me out a bit seeing a sign that said beware of poisonous snakes and bees, but I didn't see any. Will be back!

Great Walkable Option Close In
Great walkable Course option in North Fulton! Awesome practice facilities and par three course. I would recommend playing with someone who understands the course layout your first time out as some of the holes can be a bit confusing. Definitely a lot of risk-reward opportunities for aggressive players.
