Fairways and couple green really bad. This is usually a great course. Seemed like all i hit off of all day was dry dirt...

Disappointed In Course Conditions
Late winter, early Springtime round. Layout was fun, challenging. After Aerification, greens were bumpy but acceptable. However, most tee boxes we’re devoid of any grass at all. Fairways likewise were sparse, and the ground hard and unforgiving. Very disappointing conditions compared to similar courses in the area.

Challenging course
The course played well. Greens had some poanna but putted true. Pace of play very good.

We Saw the cart girl on hole 6 and 8 and that was it. We did not stop at the turn because we did not want to slow down the already slow pace. By hole 12 we were starving and very thirsty and kept thinking the cart service would come by but never did.

Great February Day
Thoroughly enjoyed River Pines with an old college teammate. Being a golfer with a disability the staff was very courteous and regretted to inform me it was cart path only. Everyone from bag drop to pro shop and Marshallls were friendly. Course was in good shape to be February. Will definitely be back when weather warms up.

Winter
Course held up after a previous rain. Course was cart path only, you could definitely walk it too. Some holes do not require a lot of length of the tee. Greens were in winter shape, you could put some good pace behind the putts. Can’t wait for the spring this course will be beautiful and quicker!

I will be back
This course staff was excellent friendly and kept things simple. The course was in good shape obviously it’s winter and I didn’t expect pristine condition. The front 9 greens were in better condition than some on the back. Overall a nice bit challenging fairways with a mix of slopes and water hazards. This was first time playing the course and I know what to expect when I return.
