Wanee Lake Country Club

Better than some of the mid priced courses and way better than I expected for $24. Course has a great layout. Highly recommend laying up if you can't hit over the trees on the dog legs, as the rough is not the easiest to hit out of. Tee boxes, fairways, and most of the greens are flawless. Only a couple greens needed work, but the greens are probably the slowest I've ever played. Leaves plenty of room for error on your putts. Great staff and it seemed like I was the only one playing the course that day. Caught a few nice sized bass in their lake as well. Bonus action!

Played here a ton these past several months. Staff is very friendly. Its an RV park/camp. Lots of amenities for the family. Laundry room and swimming pool. Inside has arcade style games. Greens are improving from the drought we had last month. It really burned them up but the staff is fixing it, you can tell each week. 5/5

I play here several times a month since October. I love the layout of each hole. They are currently renovating the greens and they are looking fantastic!! The staff is very friendly as well. They have a practice putting green with sand trap and they actually have renovated the clubhouse some. Brand new TouchType style radio, games and pool. They have their liquor license as well. 10/10 place and will continue playing here!

A challenging and beautiful layout course. Great condition the green could use some work but it looks like they're developing them over time. Staff is super friendly and they have plenty to do in the clubhouse.

Me and my dad come every week. Its not a PGA course by any means but the layout is great. The fairways are nice. Bunkers are great. The greens need some work but ultimately for the price its a fantastic course.

Ive played here several times. The fairways are nice. The greens could use some love but for less than $20 with the hot deal im not mad about it. Hole 8 is vicious going over the 70+ yard lake lol. Love it and the staff is very friendly. Has a chipping and putting green. Pace of play is never an issue.

Everyone is extremely friendly, nice clubhouse, Cindy and Kay are awesome. Greens are starting to look ok.

Course layout is very good. People are always very friendly. The main improvement that's needed is work on the greens, they are bad, really bad. They seem to be working on the course so I am pretty sure the greens will be on the list of improvements(fingers crossed).

This course is a nine hole muni that is the other half of an RV park and it seems the owners are putting most of their effort into the RV side. That being said, it was only $20 to play 18 with a cart using Golf Now, so it is well worth the lower quality of the course.

Course is under renovation on hole 1. You can tell they have really been working on the course, Tee boxes were excellent, greens were good as were the fairways. Sand traps need a little work. Great value!

The staff is the best around. Had a buddy get sick they called to check on him. Some awesome people at Wanee.

I haven't played a $24 / round course in a while, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of Wanee Lake relative to any course I've played with pricing thats even in the same ballpark. A fun layout and while its only nine holes, the course was wide open and we made the loop to play the same nine. Super friendly staff, sounds like they are making some changes to the restaurant and it will be open again at the end of October. They also have cool overnight rentals onsite if looking to stay for the night and make a weekend out of it. Great bang for the buck! If you are in the area, worth checking it out.
