Great little course
Everyone is extremely friendly, nice clubhouse, Cindy and Kay are awesome. Greens are starting to look ok.
Really enjoy this course
Course layout is very good. People are always very friendly. The main improvement that's needed is work on the greens, they are bad, really bad. They seem to be working on the course so I am pretty sure the greens will be on the list of improvements(fingers crossed).
…for the money.
This course is a nine hole muni that is the other half of an RV park and it seems the owners are putting most of their effort into the RV side. That being said, it was only $20 to play 18 with a cart using Golf Now, so it is well worth the lower quality of the course.
Good rural course
Course is under renovation on hole 1. You can tell they have really been working on the course, Tee boxes were excellent, greens were good as were the fairways. Sand traps need a little work. Great value!

The staff is the best around. Had a buddy get sick they called to check on him. Some awesome people at Wanee.

I haven't played a $24 / round course in a while, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of Wanee Lake relative to any course I've played with pricing thats even in the same ballpark. A fun layout and while its only nine holes, the course was wide open and we made the loop to play the same nine. Super friendly staff, sounds like they are making some changes to the restaurant and it will be open again at the end of October. They also have cool overnight rentals onsite if looking to stay for the night and make a weekend out of it. Great bang for the buck! If you are in the area, worth checking it out.
