Woodland Hills Golf Club

I played this course many years ago. I didn’t remember how cut hilly and narrow it is. It was also wet and windy with lots of leaves.

The course was challenging as always. The greens rolled true only two holes was cart path only. The course was in excellent condition. The course was not busy for a Monday at 12:30, finished the round under four hours.

Greens are super fast , fairways are narrow but this is a technical golf course.

Overall this is a fun fast paced course .

With the amount of rain for the area that it would be cart path only, not the case only on number 4 and 7 fairway. The course had drained quite well, the greens were soft and challenging. The course was not busy and my foursome was never push or hurried made for an awesome afternoon of golf in North Georgia.

Well laid out and very scenic with immaculate landscaping. Some long par 3’s and par fives that seem shorter if you can get your drive on the other side of the hill that separates most holes. Very birdie and eagle friendly! I played on a monday with my wife so it was pretty wide open. Speaking of - she LOVED the lady’s tee placements! With most courses they’re an afterthought, but they really made it so our drives were a lot closer together on the second shot than normal. Only beer and whisky (lol) and no mixers beside coke products, but that was fine. Really love this course!!

Really like this course. But stood at counter for awhile before someone spoke to us. No cart person with heat unbearable for the most part. Could have used a cold beverage, especially when you say no out side drinks or food

No Marshall to speak of, pace of play was not great, a lot of singles slowing down play. Had sprinkles on us on 9 and wet greens for few holes after. Love playing around mowing and weed eating. Not the enjoyment one would expect on the golf course.

Had sand on almost every green, but still rolled well.

Great Family feel! Green's are great and price is reasonable. Love it out here.

The course is maintained very well.

It is one of the great courses in the north of Atlanta.

Course in overall good shape, they are proactive with watering. Only complaint was the greens, light sand on most of them. Not unplayable, but not a true roll.

Poor grass is stressed because it isn’t getting the rain. Better shape than I expected as was a pretty 90degree day

The course is maintained very good, under the weather; no rain, the greens are well maintained and fast the way I like.

Unfortunately I got good deal of the sprinkler water on few holes.

Overall the course was in good condition. The greens have held up to the heat much better than other surrounding courses with bent grass greens. Due to extreme heat and very little rain the fairways were brown and thin in some areas, but still had grass coverage. The course layout has some quirky holes due to property space and hills, but overall a quality play.

Pace of play was very fast on the front nine, but caught up with some groups on the back nine of which played very slow. Could have used a ranger to push a couple of groups along that played too slow. Stayed patient and enjoyed the day regardless of slow down on the back side.

The course is maintained very good under these hot weather. We all need rain but not on my play time.

Great jobs for those maintenance guys.

It’s a good course and in good condition. The pace of play was a bit slow. Some foursomes we’re taking their time hitting extra balls. So it’d be good if the rangers would check around the course more often.
