Balmoral Woods Country Club

Booked on Golf Now. They had tryouts for high school in front of us and took 3+ house to play 8 holes. Left after 8. Holes. No idea how to contact golf now and not too many masks inside the clubhouse. Very concerning. Will never go back.

Crab grass in tee boxes, ruff and some fairways. Greens were in horrible shape. Nice layout but not taking care of.

Second time out here this year and have really enjoyed both rounds. The course is in great shape with well maintained tee boxes and greens. The course has some nice elevation after 6 where you may need to strategize approach shots. I was playing quick and had no issue with others letting me play through. The staff has been friendly and are clearly taking an active tole in maintaining the courses image. The only thing that needs work is the cart paths which could use resurfacing. Overall, a great course in Chicago Southland.

This was my second time playing this course and I enjoyed the round this time even more than the first time. As a single, I was allowed to tee off ahead of a foursome with the tee time ahead of mine...thanks to the BW staff and the foursome ahead of me! I caught up with other groups in front of me on hole #6 and was able to play through the lone foursome in front of us all by the 10th tee. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. I completed my round in under 3 hours. The golf course is in great shape and, as noted in my previous review, there are no two holes that are alike. There is no GPS on the carts and without my range finder, yardages were difficult to figure - especially on the par 3s. I look forward to playing Balmoral Woods again in the future!

I Enjoyed the course but they need to resurface the Cary paths I had to ride in the grass to get a smoother ride

Rough hasn’t been mowed in weeks. Miss the fairway by a foot and the ball is unplayable if you can find it. Greens need water. They don’t hold at all yet they putt slow.

Balmoral Woods is a great track. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the whole State of Illinois has been on lockdown, the course was empty. Tees, fairways, and greens were in great shape; cartpaths need a little work, as they had many potholes. I'll come back!

Beautiful course but difficult hard to see balls that you’ve hidden until you get over the hill

I play on many courses throughout the area, this course is by far my favorite.

Granted the clubhouse facility is not as fancy as some but I'm here for the golf.

Staff always friendly and conscientious.

Conditions of tee boxes, fairways and greens excellent.

Found the 2nd cut a little heavy.

I'll be back many times

Tee time was 11:40 and we got rained out. Requesting refund or credit for future play.
