Great Time
Very nice course the staff is very friendly they have new carts out there and you think about the high-end courses that charge a lot for a round of golfand they have broken down carts make you wonder great place to play golf.
Course is in very rough shape
At $28 it is over priced for the condition. Course is not marked well and crisscross so much we had people ride in front of us lost a lot.

Good Value
The course overall is quite good.. The greens are in generally good condition as are the fairways, the tee boxes are getting a bit worn and need attention.
The course layout is good, and with some challenging holes. Water is in moderate play, but overall not dangerous. .

This course sucks!
I’ve been playing golf for 45 years, and this could be the worst conditioned golf course I’ve ever played. There were absolutely no amenities, including no coffee in the pro shop. The pace of play was terrible, the overall condition of the course was terrible, and they literally have not maintainEd the bunkers in over 10 years — no sand and trees were literally growing out of the bunkers. The pace of play was terrible and they did nothing about it. I would not play this course again if they paid me to play it. Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else.

The Cotton Fields
I have two complaints. First, the bunkers are in terrible shape. Second, there is no current slope and rating. Both of these are the result of budget issues. The course is owned and run by the county, and there isn't any 'extra' money for this.

Had Fun
Any chance I get to play golf is a good one. To play with my favorite cousin made it that much better, then met a new buddy Taylor. We enjoyed the round. Course needs maintenance, but all of them do from COVID-19 causing money and playing shortages. Still a great time.

Fun benign course wide and playable
We enjoyed ourselves on Sunday with a twosome $35 ea. we didn't have to wait very much except for the last 5 holes and that was only a few moments on each tee Box
there is no sand in the bunkers no sand for your divots greens running hard-and-fast overall good value fun for all levels

fairways are good with a few damaged/ patched greens on the front nine other than that the remainder of the course is in decent shape Course has a good layout with a few water challenges. This would be a much better course if more attention was paid to the poorly maintained sand traps.

Wonderful Staff
Tina in the clubhouse was fantastic in working with us.
The course marshall and cart staff went above and beyond to get us carts and help us navigate the course.
You dont find kind and friendly people like this often, at other courses. I played awful that day. But the highlight was interacting with the staff. And the Course was in great shape.

neighborhood fan
The course play was as expected for the money, no issue there. What I did have an issue with was there was no Marshall on the course to prevent twosomes from slowing down the game while one person gave lessons to another player in the middle of the course. After tolerating this for several holes we interjected ourselves into their business and asked that they just let us play through, this should have been the Marshalls job and not us paying players.

Boxes need help, greens are rough, no Marshall fivesome in front of us 5:30 hr round. Too bad course used to be nice. Overplayed and underkept. Only reason worth playing $33

Many repairs needed.
As this course is run by Henry County, do not expect a great deal of amenities. The cart paths are in need of repairs as well as several greens. Tee boxes are also in need of landscaping. Because of the low green fees you can expect a number of players who are either learning the game or do not know a lot about golf etiquette.
