Not good
Course had no sand in the traps, just mud. Tees were not grassed and very muddy.

It’s Ok
If you’re looking for a 5 star look elsewhere, but it’s a perfect place to get some swings in... The Greens, Bunkers, Tee Boxes, and cart paths need work but overall it’s fine for a basic round of golf! Carts are new so that’s a plus!

This course has good features
Good course ,narrow fair ways, plenty of water. The problem, the sand traps are terrible. Other than that good course.

Poor conditions
The course was in poor shape. There was weeds growing on each green. Every bunker was a sand pit filled with leaves. When ever someone lands in the bunker the leaves immediately cover up the ball, causing a lost ball and a penalty.
