I have been very critical of this course in the past. However, I am seeing them attempting to improve the conditions of the course. There is still work to be done on the greens but much improved from the last time I played the course. I am in a wait and see mode because June, July and August is when the course starts to go down

Adam and RJ really made me feel welcome, I was one of the first ones to play that morning and they had great attitudes and advice for my first time. Shout out to you guys!

We've played this course several times over the last few years, but this was the first time in 18 months or so we've been back. It has gone downhill rapidly. First, the "new" golf carts they have don't have the GPS screens like their old ones. The driving range was terrible, we got a bucked of mixed brand, scuffed/cut beat to heck golf balls, and the grass was nothing but cratered dirt. Every single water cooler was empty. The pro shop was hollowed out, they used to have a pretty well stocked selection of balls and gear. The restaurant was still closed. Every tee box was overgrown with weeds, and the tee markers were not consistently placed. Some holes had no tee markers at all, some had them in different orders (white before blue, etc.). The fairways were awful and had not been mowed in some time. The worst part by far were the "greens" which were mostly weeds. You would literally see your ball bouncing on rocks and weeds as you putted it, and the first few greens were so soggy you would see water pooling at your heels (it had not rained in a week). Pace of play was abysmal, there was no marshal on duty and we waited behind 2 groups on every tee. What a shame, this used to be a fun course but I wouldn't go back here again if they paid me. The owner should sell this course to someone who gives a hoot, they are clearly incapable of running it.

$60 is robbery for the quality of this course. The greens are shag rug and patchy. Bunkers are rocks and mud. The owner really needs to invest in the maintenance of this course. I will not return.

The course continues to decline in overall care of the course. I understand it is currently winter rules, however, the course is still in terrible shape and no signs of improving the condition of the course. A repeated pattern over the pass couple of years. An experience golfer will not enjoy playing the course.

The course continues to decline. There is no attention pay to the condition of the overall course. A ton of leaves on some holes where you cannot find your ball several of the greens are in terrible shape and the overall management of the course is poor.

Current ownership doesn’t know the gem they have. Last time I played here the fans were constantly blowing the Fall and Winter leaves away, but this time no fans were in operation. So if you don’t find the fairway your ball will find some leaves and chances of you locating it will be difficult. The course needs some care. The natural terrain provides everything the course needs to thrive, just need a dedicated maintenance crew to be successful again. I hope it happens. No bar service, no restaurant service, no food, no cart girl. Just lacking to truly essentials for a great day. But I brought my own and enjoyed the day with not problems.

This course used to be my favorite and 2 miles from my house. New ownership ruined it. All the reviews about the course being nearly unplayable are true. And they raised prices—it’s way overpriced. . I hope they sell it soon to someone who cares and upkeeps the course and clubhouse.

Not many complains about the course itself. Holes were pretty fun and the conditions were decent, but I felt I definitely overpaid for what I got. Still a cool course and recommend playing it at least once, maybe just wait for a deal though.
