It’s a golf course?
There is a lot of potential here. Used to be a lot nicer. No sand in any of the traps. Lots of standing mud and muck in the traps. Tee boxes are terrible. Greens are aerated and terrible. Hopefully this gets better some time this year.

Slow and unsupervised
Tee off at 7:42 AM and it was still a 2.5 hour front 9. Apparently the 7:15 group slows everything down all the time. At one point there were 4 groups on 12 - that’s when we called it quits. Course wasn’t in that bad of shape. Good fairways, decent tee box. Greens were aerated about a month prior. They were slow but not terrible. Should be good in a few more weeks. Course had a funky layout where it’s easy to get lost between holes. I came down from Atlanta for this and won’t be back.

Firm fairway and punched greens
The fairways were firm and running. Most drives carried 270 and ran out to 320. Greens were punched and sanded. Not putts made. To much sand. It was an ok and fun round. Course just needs some rain.

Wrong time
I guess the greens had just been maintenance, they were very sandy

A decent course
Decent course in McDonough. Easy to play, but pace of play was a bit slow. Staff was extremely friendly on arrival and it’s a great way to start a round. I’ll play there again.

Fun Few Hours For The $
Downtown Atlanta Resident, Found cotton hills a few years back and try to get out once or twice a year. Easy drive down 75. Course is a really fun layout. It’s a shame the county and surrounding parts no longer want to pump money into the course. Service was awesome, Guy in the shop and well as the starter were very friendly. Solid Lunch Deal, Dog Soda and Chips for $4. Greens were just recently punched so greens were Sandy/bumpy. Would love for them to give just a little more TLC to tee boxes and fairways. I’ll be back

Great course
Amazing staff, the starter was an awesome guy, cheap lunch deal, and a fun course that was in better shape than any other muni around. Punched greens but still had a blast

Goat pasture
Haven’t played here in years… Course is trash. Everything is In terrible shape. The highlight was the gentleman that checked me in and the gentleman that started me off on one… very nice.
It really is sad, as it used to be a decent course. Also the players are driving all over the course. In nine holes ( I quit as it wasn’t worth 18) I had to wait on people from other holes to hit off my fairway at least 5 times… if you can put up with BS, have at it. The place is like riding through a goat pasture .

Great course
This was my first time playing and I will be back. It’s actually the closest course to my house. I picked it today for the deal I got on GolfNow for 2 for 9 holes. The greens had been punched recently but they surprisingly played very well considering that. I will be back for future outings.
