Very interesting layout with plenty of water hazards.
This is a busy course - may be due to the affordability. The fairways and tee boxes need immediate attention. There are lots of low-drain areas in the fairways. Regardless, I like this course because of the layout. Will recommend .

I played (11/10/20) the course outside of the normal season. I assume the course was so wide open because it waa off-season and COVID-19. The course was in okay condition. The course layout is pretty good and challenging for my level (intermediate).
