Only negatives were no rakes for the bunkers and poa annua on the back 9 greens made putting difficult

We drove a hour and a half to play golf here. First problem was cart path only which may have been questionable? The second problem was the back nine was closed for maintenance so we had to play the front twice. My problem is this has happened before at other courses. Why can't courses notify you when you book a round that half the course is closed or offer a discount.

Great course. In good shape. Only problem is the new carts keep shutting off. Want let you get within 50 yards of the greens. Might as well walk with a pull cart. Technology has taken the fun out of playing here.

Overall the course is decent to play. In my opinion they are trying to make the course something it’s not. The greens were so fast Friday when I played that due to wind conditions the ball wouldn’t hold and was blown 5-10 feet from where it would normally stop. Wind on the backside is common making some pin locations almost impossible to putt to. Fairways are thin meaning no grass in a lot of places. Front side was cart path only the last two rounds and if you enjoy having your cart constantly stop and beep on every single hole multiple times a hole WHILE ON THE CART PATH, this is the place for you! The gps on the carts is a joke and they need to loosen the reigns on them so people can actually drive down the path without the cart shutting down.

Front 9 was wet and course conditions not very good. Back 9 was very open and was in much better condition.

Front 9 to back 9 are totally different and made for a fun round! Weather was perfect with some wind gusts but course was pristine and well maintained. Worth a play

Greens were in fantastic shape, much better than I played a couple of years ago. Only complaints was they did not have any brakes out for the bunkers and tee placement on 7 made it almost impossible to get to fairway

I have always liked this course, because of the difference from the front to the back 9. It's really like playing 2 different course. They recently added new carts, that are very nice and definitely an upgrade. I really liked the GPS that shows map, keeps score and shows distance to the hole. It also has geofence technology that shuts the carts down when entering certain areas of the course. This needs some tweaking. It shuts the cart off without warning (I realize there is a visual warning in the GPS display, but it is too small to read, for an older guy with not perfect vision). You are not allowed to visit the parking lot with the carts or go directly to the driving range, when I asked about the driving range, they told me I had to drive the cart path thru hole 1, then approach hole 2, then turn in to the range. That is fine, unless there are golfers on the course, just saying. Lastly, there are a lot of spots on the approaches to the holes that are restricted for the carts. Just needs some adjustments.

Awesome course for the price with two distinct 9's. Front nine tight and tree lined with more slope, the back nine is a flatter links style course with no trees in play except ob. Greens surprisingly quick and well maintained. Fairways a little dry with undefined borders in some places, so be careful with your aim. We'll worth the trip to Reidsville,GA.

I really enjoyed playing this courses. It's two totally different nines. One nine is open and the other nine is tree lined. The course was in much better condition than the last time I played. Small complaint though, was I wish they had cut the fairway grass lower. Looked like it was a day or two late in cutting.
